Ce sont de très bons produits et à petits prix. j'adore leur sérum liftant pour les paupières, il est juste top... Vous pouvez faire confiance à Skin Labo.
Achat d’un produit SKINLABO jamais reçu malgré mes relances auprès du transporteur, GLS ainsi que du service client SKINLABO. Le transporteur demande à ce que SKINLABO effectue une réclamation en vue de la commande que je n’ai jamais reçu. Cependant SKINLABO ne répond pas à mes multiples courriels et le numéro de téléphone du service client français ne fonctionne pas.
esperienza pessima.... state attenti: i resi, contrariamente a qualsiasi regola di marketing, si possono richiedere solo sopra i 50 euro di prodotto singolo.... io sono rimasta fregata: ho chiesto il reso, ho inviato il prodotto in azienda e non sono vedere il rimborso sul conto dopo mesi.... l'ho fatto presente più volta tramite pec ma non ricevo risposta.... state attenti
Jahrelang habe dort bestellt, dann kam ein Paket an mit fehlendem Inhalt und einer leeren Verpackung. Mehrfache nachgefragt, keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Ich bin sehr verärgert für 2 Produkte zu bezahlen die nicht angekommen sind.

Commande N 1995 du 24/02 non traitée, nous sommes demain le 05 mars, ne répondent à aucun message. Heureusement, règlement via Paypal, j'ouvrirai un litige. Jusque là je n'avais jamais eu de problème... À suivre ! 05/03/2024 > Je viens de prendre connaissance de leur réponse bateau, ils n'ont répondu à AUCUN de mes mails !... Et via Messenger vous avez les mêmes réponses types qui ne mènent à rien.
Problème de livraison. Je n'ai reçu que la moitié de la commande depuis janvier le montant total a été débité et depuis plus de nouvelles de Skin Labo à part de la pub par e-mail
ordine fatto a dicembre, capisco che ci fossero tantissimi ordini che non è riuscito ad arrivare in tempo. dopo un mese chiedo informazioni mi dicono "ah sì il pacco è andato disperso ti rimborsiamo" dopo 3 mesi aspetto ancora i soldi. continuo a scrivergli e tra essere ignorato e ottenere risposte circostanziali, non comprerò sicuramente mai più da questo sito
Firstly, you don't even deserve one star but I had to because it doesn't allow me to give zero stars. ! I order from you in December for quite a large order and waiting ages to receive my items. Finally when I did received them, all of my order wasn't even in there! I have emailed you MANY times via your email but nobody bothers to get back to me. I know it's the correct email because when I didn't receive my order for a long time I emailed you back then and you did reply that time! Also in my order, if I spent a certain amount of money I was due a free gift which encouraged me to spend jsut that little bit more....even that free product was out of date!!!!!! Is that what you do? Give free gifts to customer that are old and expired! What a disgusting service from your company. You can stop sending me crap emails and pathetic offers to purchase more items from you and let's talk about reimbursing me for the missing one I didn't receive first! Very very poor and disgraceful service!!!!
Los productos me llegaron un poco tarde pero lo bueno es la facilidad de poder pagar contrareembolso. Lo recomiendo 💯

Ho conosciuto i prodotti di questa azienda tramite social e che dire non sono più riuscita a farne a meno. Adoro il siero con acido ialuronico e la crema per le palpebre. E top lo spray anticellulite. A Natale ho acquistato dei kit fantastici per le mie amiche che ne sono rimaste entusiaste.
