My order got lost in the mail. Hasn't moved for a week. They refuse to send out another or refund me. I had to file a dispute after they stopped responding to my emails. Customer service is -5 stars. I accepted the offer to reship. I even said if USPS finds my LOST package, I'd refuse it and have it sent back your way because I'm fair. No response was given, I got no tracking number. Responded to this pretty quickly though!
The problem with these belts is that they will not wear out! I have worn two of them for over four years now. I have new ones in my closet and most likely they will be worn by my heirs.
I'm rating two stars based on two main reasons: 1. I ordered the survival belt and found that the release lever would not stay retracted. Customer service was very good and sent two replacements, but unfortunately both of those did the same thing. Slidebelts is having issues with the levers staying in place. 2. I wrote the company president, and at first, his responses were very thoughtful. The problem came when he offered to send me a free survival belt because of the problems I'd been having, but after I accepted his offer, I never heard back from him. If this is the kind of leadership this company has, I will never order from this company again. UPDATE 6/7: This update is in response to the company’s reply. They mentioned that I preferred a refund in lieu of a belt replacement. Here’s what happened: Customer service sent me THREE survival buckles, all of which had the same defect. After the third buckle, I figured that another one would be the same, so why bother, and at that point, I asked for, and received, a full refund, but that’s not the issue. When I wrote the CEO, I advised him in no uncertain terms that I had returned everything that had been shipped to me (and again, I was refunded in full), but even with that, he offered me a free belt. Not sure… maybe he didn’t read that part of my message. If there comes a time when they can resolve the issues with the buckles (which they are aware), I would not mind trying it again. I just need to make sure the design works properly.

I love my Slide Belts. At first I got one, and then after I liked it so much I got a few more in different colors. The belts are awesome and the website is easy to order from. I also love that the belts are fully adjustable so there is absolutely NO issue with fit or being "in-between" belt holes. They are great for GIFTS Too!
