Smallable bietet eine schöne Auswahl an Mode, die man in DE zum Großteil sonst nicht in onlineshops oder Geschäften bekommt. Ich habe bisher vier oder fünf mal dort bestellt. Ich würde gerne öfter bestellen, aber ich mache es nur, wenn ich einen Artikel wirklich nur dort bekomme. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass die retoure jedes Mal eine tortur ist. Man muss diverse retourenscheine ausdrucken, keine digitale Lösung vorhanden. Rücksendung geht auf eigene Kosten, ich zahle jedes Mal 20-30€ für die Rücksendung mit sendungsverfolgung nach Frankreich. Die letzte Lieferung wurde in einem Plastikbeutel gesendet, den ich laut dhl nicht für die Rücksendung verwenden konnte, es musste in einen Karton; also umsonst zur Post gefahren und zuhause nochmal alles umgepackt. Zwei Badeanzüge, die ich zur Anprobe bestellt hatte, waren einfach ohne Umverpackung in die Tüte gelegt, die Bikinis in der gleichen Bestellung hatten eine Umverpackung. Alles in allem eine sehr schlechte, umständliche Prozedur und wenig kundenfreundlich, und dann dauert es auch noch Ewigkeiten, bis man sein Geld zurückerhält.

For a quite big europe spreaded shop your postal charges are beyond comprehension! I ordered for 800€ and had to pay the post. For a return of 400€ i had to pay a full price of international shipping which is 20€! Other shops that aren’t bigger than you have post beyond lets say 100€ for free and for the return you get a return sticker and you don’t need to run around finding cheapest place to send from. Then they deduct you 1€ or so from your return money. You need to organise, sorry, but its not customer friendly.

You should make it clear before ordering that returning is every expensive as you have to pay the customs charge. I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit me and it's too expensive to return.
