I am always concerned about the battery in a refurbished phone. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 from a refurbished seller of which the battery can't last a day. I am lucky with the 98% battery in this iPhone from Smartfonestore. Thanks very much.

Catastophique ! J'ai commandé un XIAOMI 12 PRO sur backmarket avec SMARTFONESTORE pour reconditionneur. Ils m'ont envoyé, volontairement je pense, un redmi 12 pro soit 2 gammes en dessous. J'ai bien entendu retourné le modèle pour recevoir le bon. Ils ne l'ont pas donc me remboursent. Or j'ai vérifié, SMARTFONESTORE continue de proposer sur backmarket le XIAOMI 12 PRO gris, qu'ils n'ont pas. À se demander combien de gens se sont faits avoir et n'ont pas percuté qu'ils n'avaient pas le bon modele...

Best decision ever, phone was with me in less than 48 hours, pristine condition, absolute game changer. Will 100% only use this store from now on. Already recommended to all my friends. The only thing I’d add is a little more communication from the company after ordering as it goes straight to Royal Mail and you just deal with them and with everything going on with the postal service currently, it’d be a little more reassuring for first time buyers if we also got confirmation of shipment and tracking from you too.
Téléphone acheté sur backmarket il y a un an et demi (iPhone 12). Défectueux : carte mère défaillante et nombreux problèmes sur cette carte-mère, constaté par un rapport de l’Apple Store. La garantie vice caché est activable. Cia backmarket, le vendeur joue la montre et ne souhaite pas rembourser le téléphone. DGCCRF saisi, bientôt le médiateur. Une plainte s’il le faut par la suite. Je déconseille ce vendeur et sa malhonnêteté.

I am only giving these people one star as Trustpilot will not allow zero. I purchased a dual sim Samsung phone from these clowns on Backmarket but they sent me a single sim model instead. They were unresponsive to messages. I believe this is scam.
