Even though initially there was an issue of the lenses unable to fit the frame however the team was able to respond and resolve the issue very quickly. I am impress and the price is very reasonable.
Exactly what I ordered and delivered quickly
This company has the hallmarks of a SCAM. I placed my order for a pair of designer polarized sunglasses, sending my optometrist’s prescription a month ago. Today I received a totally DIFFERENT pair - no polarization, no distance lenses and a cheaper brand. I think they deliberately send out a wrong product, take your credit card payment, delay the order fulfilment to earn interest on the money they sit on. When requesting a full refund, instead of 100 days return, they threaten you with a 7 day timeframe to act or else the return ID number will become invalid. There was NO mention of the original order AT ALL. I am suspicious and fearful that my money has gone. 😔 There is also NO phone number you can call to talk to a real person. !!!AVOID!!!

Initially cautious, but SBG exceeded my expectations everywhere! The speed with which I recieved my purchase to New Zealand was only 7 days. Authenticity of product was legit. Professionally packaged, and communicated with. Recommender seller.

You shouldn't advertise products that you can't source, this has happened to me twice ( 2x ) and you have had to refund my money twice ( 2x )
