Very happy with my glasses , but it took longer than to process and receive the glasses then what is stated on the website . But still happy to use again as returned customer.

I received two great pairs of glasses for use when on the computer / iPad and been using for a couple months now. It was not a strong prescription, so saw this website and thought to try them out. The “virtual try on” made choosing between styles easy and true to what was received. I even got a spare pair of lenses sent with each glasses which was a nice surprise. The communication from their customer support team was brilliant. Often replying to emails promptly and really making sure they had all the correct measurements for the lenses. There was always plenty of communication which gave me confidence buying glasses online from them. Lastly they have a great selection of frames and at all price levels.
Good communication regarding the order. They are thorough and you need to verify the prescription and lense type via email before processing. I ordered progressive lenses in designer frames and they are perfect and great quality.

Love my new glasses, the prescription is perfect, I can see crystal clear now! I didn't realise they would be coming from Italy but that made no difference as they arrived before promised anyway. Communication was always swift and helpful.
