Jacket came and was a small fitting so returned the item. Not only was it £11 to return it but was sent 4 weeks ago and still haven’t been refunded. I’ve raised a claim through PayPal to try and get my money back.
Returned a ski jacket on 5th April 2024 via their Royal Mail returns system. Royal Mail tracking has confirmed that the item was delivered on 10th April. I have messaged many times about this, and had one reply a week ago saying it has not been received. I replied and got no response. There is no way of contacting anyone. I think I will have to claim on my credit card against a loss as there is no way of getting any answers from them. I wouldn't buy from here again as their returns system is a black hole

Awful company do not use! I placed an order than never arrived. After so many emails they advised that the order couldn’t be delivered (for a reason still unknown) and is on it easy back to their warehouse. 4 weeks later still not refund and they just keep saying the same thing to wait until they have received it! None of this is my fault and yet I’m still sat here with no order and still no refund! Disgusting! Customer service has been terrible. Do not purchase from this company!
Bonjour J'ai acheté une paire de ski avec des fixations. La paire de SKI n'est jamais arrivé , j'ai reçu uniquement les fixations que du coup j'ai renvoyé pour être remboursé. Il ma fallu deux mois pour avoir des réponses clairs du support par rapport à mon remboursement, que j'ai finir par obtenir du support grace à trustpilot.

Un retour exigé car la taille ne correspond pas finalement nous leur demandons un geste a fin d’avoir un retour gratuit aucune réponse positive snowinn contourne la demande de notre part rien de positif je ne recommande vraiment pas snowinn
