I went into the Salisbury store to look for sofa options and Amelia was so helpful and patient and took so much time and care with helping us choose a sofa and fabrics. We were made to feel very welcome with cups of coffee and very friendly staff and it’s so nice to feel you aren’t rushed. Love the ethos of the company too and great to find a company whose sofas are made in the UK. We ended up buying a bed also!
A very friendly, attentive service. It was so lovely each time I went to the store, the staff all recognised me and were very welcoming. Amelia was incredibly helpful and pro-active in helping me select just the right fabric in the perfect colour for my matching cushions. Very prompt with all communications. Delivery was organised very effectively and the two delivery people were very friendly, professional, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend Sofas and Stuff and I'm loving my new corner sofa.
I’d been hunting around for a new sofa when I spotted a beautiful green velvet chesterfield in the window of Sofas & Stuff. From the moment I entered Vicky was engaging and helpful. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Vicky kept us updated with emails and timescales and could not have been more helpful. A credit to the company. The sofa was delivered by two efficient and very careful young men. The product itself…just gorgeous. The sofa is heavy and well made and everything I’d expect from a good quality furniture retailer.
Our sofas have arrived and look lovely. The staff in the Bristol branch were excellent in helping us decide on colours and style. We would highly recommend sofas and stuff.
I was met with a warm reception at the Edinburgh store and the consultant put me at ease with how the whole process worked. They were knowledgeable and really helped me choose the correct fabric from their broad range. Chuffed with my sofa. My girlfriends uncle even asked me if I was a multi millionaire when he saw it (which I’m not) it was that classy. Would recommend.
We ordered two settees, a snuggler and a footstool towards the end of November. Vicky was very helpful in assisting us during the purchase and made a specific note on our order that that the two settees and footstool must be made from the same material batch to ensure colour consistency. I was, therefore, concerned when James contacted me in the New Year to advise that one settee and the footstool had been made, but there was insufficient material for the other settee. I was assured there would be no problem with the material not matching. Unsurprisingly this did further delay delivery of our order. Again, Vicky was helpful in providing updates and thanking us for our patience. Eventually the whole order arrived in the middle March and I am pleased to say there were no issues with regard to colour matching. The delivery guys were fantastic and because, due to the very short notice of the delivery, I hadn't been able to get rid of our old settees, they very kindly carried them into the garage, as I was on my own that day. We had ordered the settees with the arms to be fitted on site and the guys did this and thoroughly explained about looking after the settees and provided a customer care kit. We are delighted with the furniture we ordered, albeit, I was concerned about the material matching correctly which ultimately proved not to be a problem. So all's well that ends well and we are happy customers of Sofas and Stuff.
From the moment we stepped into Sofas & Stuff (Leeds) the staff went above and beyond to help us find the right settee and chair for our home. They showed us a host of alternatives, in a range of styles and fabrics and were perfectly okay with us going away and taking our time to think about what suited us. They also kept in touch through e-mail to update us on the various deals and offers we could take up. The customer service was really excellent (special mention goes to Daniela Molina who was always so willing to go the extra mile) and the delivery team were prompt and efficient.
Purchased a 3 seater Alwinton settee and had great service from the Batley store through to the delivery guys Nigel and Nick. Excellent quality, build and fabric all just as expected.

Delivery was prompt and hassle-free, with the team taking care to ensure that my new sofa arrived in pristine condition.
Very pleased with the whole service offered; needed an extra section to a corner suite a few weeks after delivery and this was seamless and easy, a colour swatch was sent to me to check and the new section is identical to original Would certainly recommend.
We are delighted with the sofas they are beautifully made. The fabrics work really well with our curtains and wallpaper. We received such professional and personal care from Virginia at the Harrogate Branch. She couldn’t have been more helpful. We really appreciated it.
Bought a stunning Snuggler from salisbury and when it arrived it was even better than I expected! The staff were really helpful and patient in finding the perfect fabric to compliment my curtains! The drivers were really friendly and didn't moan about getting it upstairs or through the tight door. The cats love it too!
Love my new sofa and the excellent advice I received in the showroom in Nottingham but as at the end of April I am still waiting on my scatter cushions despite chasing a few times so hoping this will soon be resolved …. (the sofa was delivered on 08/03)

From the moment I stepped into both the Fittleworth and Crowborough showrooms to the careful placing of the chosen sofa in my living room, the experience of working with Sofas and Stuff has been a delight. There has been patient, helpful and professional guidance and advice, excellent communication throughout and a fabulous sofa delivered thoughtfully and in the advised timeframe. That the sofas are built and finished in England is a major plus!
