I purchased a shoe, style - Field, product: Q368, black, on 06/05/24 and have yet to receive the email receipt. At the time of purchasing, I spell out the email address. I'd like to return the pair of shoes because it wasn't at all comfortable. Now, the problem is that I don't have a receipt and am wondering how to return the product without it.

I saw the trainers I liked on one of the Soletrader online promotions. I went to my local shop in Brighton and bought the pair. I prefer to see the product prior to purchase than buying direct online. The staff were very helpful and made the occasion a pleasant experience.

I was impressed by the clean, bright, warm shopping area. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. They didn't pester me and left me to make my purchases in peace. The only negative thing is I bought one pair of trainers and two pairs of shoes. I was charged 10p for a carrier bag! You'd think Sole Trader would provide the bag out of the profit from my purchases.

Shoes were way too narrow. They need to specify narrow, medium, wide. Am returning it today. Could not even get it on my foot.
Awful customer service. Poor email communication. Had issue with shoes purchased being too painful to wear and agent started making assumptions before Loake had a chance to investigate. Won’t be using again.
