Diabolical. Ordered a pair of Loake shoes which were discounted. I arranged to pick them up from my local store. The right box had been sent to the store but the wrong shoes inside. Manager was “ Not my fault guv”. Offered a £15 discount code. Correct shoes were “no longer available”. Lamentably poor service.

First order shipped fast and arrived the next day, I placed a second order and payed extra for next day delivery, unfortunately the trainers did not arrive the next day even though I ordered well within the time frame for next day delivery. The trainers arrived the day after that, good quality products and better late than never I suppose. Would order from them again without hesitation.
I was sent a pair of shoes that looked different. One shoe had been used in a store the other had been boxed. They looked so different I had to return them so be careful when you buy online. I won’t buy online again, I will always go to the store.

Ordered 2nd April 2 pairs of gents shoes. Arrived quickly at great prices 🙂 Return acknowledged 9th April returns efficient & refunded 1 pair 12th April. Great service & wont hesitate to use company again!
The product photo on the website was incorrect, so I received a different colour from the one ordered. I had to pay to return this incorrect item and have still not received a refund for the cost of this postage. A frustrating experience, and I will avoid this site in the future.
