I ordered a Christmas gift for my step-father, unfortunately there was a mix up and instead of Gin, he received a bottle of wine. I contacted Sparkling Direct regarding the mix up and Jaqui couldn't have done more to resolve the issue, even calling my parents to apologise. She then promptly sent out the correct order, which was delivered the next day. As customer service is concerned, I couldn't have asked for anything more to be done. Ordered a bottle of wine as a gift. Delivery was prompt however paid £28 with free delivery for a bottle retailing for £12 from other suppliers. I expected a fairly decent bottle for that price not a mediocre one with a screwtop. Embarrassing and teach me not to purchase in a hurry. Absolute rip off

Ordered 12 bottles of champagne, each going to a different address in the UK - liked the 'repeat message' option. Good tracking emails from order through to delivery. Like it was on time, dislike being told the day before no congratulations balloons, really! No attempt made to compensate just reimbusedmoney. I am in Australia so wasn’t able to do anything myself. Very disappointed.
