Danny Delgadillo was the employee assisting me getting my glasses, was a pleasure a lot of people can just go about there day and do the bare minimum, but he was very nice and courteous and helped me and being a veteran that means a lot to me and is greatly appreciated.
To start, until my recent experience with sportrx I've had nothing but issues trying to get sunglasses in my (high) rx prescription. The first pair of frames I ordered. Maddie kindly reached out to let me know that unfortunately, the frames I chose cannot be used with my high prescription. I was disappointed to hear, but Maddie turned my frown upside down very fast with her extremely pleasent attitude. She was so kind and courteous and the first to "EVER" offer and look through some frames that would actually be usable with my prescription, and send a list to me via email. That made my day... I was so excited to look through what she would be sending and sure enough there was a pair of oakleys she included that had me sold right away. I'm very excited to finally get sunglasses for myself after so long of searching and being told no dice endlessly due to my high rx. But you guys have givin to me nothing less than a wonderful experience, and I really look forward to continue doing business with sportrx. Maddie.. thank you again for everything.. stay awesome!!! The customer service by Noah was exceptional! He addressed my issue with zero hesitation and provided a return label so I can get my sunglasses fixed with no questions. Super convenient, fast and easy. Seriously, the best customer service I've ever had! Great job.
I have been wearing, and purchasing prescription glasses, goggles, and sport glasses for over 55 years. SportRx.com is BY FAR the BEST Retailer that I have ever experienced anywhere!!! From beginning to end, every department: from the HUGE name brand and quality assortment frames and lenses available...To the Guy that helped me selecting frames (Al) to the optician (Oscar) who works with you on the RX lens options....To customer service and shipping. Every single employee at Sport RX is AMAZING, professional, loves their job, and treats their customers with such respect. For over 20 years I was purchasing my RX ski goggles from them on line. This past time, about 2 months ago I drove 3 hours each way to visit their showroom......And I will now do this everytime moving forward... Theor knowledge and selection is crazy great! A frame broke on a pair of prescription sunglasses I had purchased from SportRX. I reached out to see if they could be repaired or replaced. SportRX customer Sservice representative promptly replied to my email with a prepaid USPS return shipping. The broken frames were replaced and I had my glasses back in less than a week. Amazing service.
Great product. But, the service was exceptional. I had a nice lady reach out to me by phone from customer service for no other reason than to update me on the progress of my order. This is rare in this day and age. I was able to expedite my shipping for a small fee. Very pleased with the overall experience!
I have purchased four pairs of glasses plus one Oakley lens from Sportrx over the years online. They offer a great selection of eyewear and have a lot of helpful material on their web page. Where they truly excel is their customer service. You can speak with an optician prior to ordering about any concerns. If you have any issues with your glasses, they will do whatever is possible to help you out.

SportRx was committed to getting it right. I desired a low transition zone on my progressive prescription to fit my specific needs. SportRx opticians worked with me and remade my sunglasses to work for me.
Sport Rx customer service is top notch! They quickly answered my questions, provoded solutions, and tried to get everything squared away for me to my liking, which involved me mailing my sunglasses back for adjustments. I will most definately purchase from them again!
I had few hiccups with my order that required me to go back and forth with my order. However their representative Oscar went above and beyond to make sure my order was to my full satisfaction which it was after the final 3rd attempt (not by error on their part).
Ordering goggles online by just dimensions is nerve-racking enough. Wondering how they will fit, did you get the PD right, will they work under his gear? The initial pair we ordered did not fit under my son's football helmet and I was worried we wasted all of that money. But! Oscar was so extremely helpful! I sent him pictures of how the original ones fit and he sent us 3 others to try. We were able to find a pair of goggles that work under his helmet so he can SEE while he is playing football! I cant express how much we appreciate the product, but also the customer service and 'above and beyond' mentality. Huge help and we're beyond happy! Thank you!!!!
