Wish I could give zero stars. Been a customer for years and always order the same thing. Order was not delivered to me, tracking confirmed this and terrible customer experience. Wouldn’t take ownership and response was for me to deal with the courier myself even though they said they would only deal with strawberry net. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they ruled in my favour. Placed an order again and this was blocked by their security. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don’t buy from them. The information on the response is also incorrect as repeated screenshots sent to you confirmed that the order was never delivered. Again don’t buy from this organisation as they are totally dishonest Again, repeated screenshots were sent to prove it had never been delivered including confirmation from the courier leaving me with no choice but to file a chargeback as they would simply fob me off every time. Do not buy from this organisation as they tell repeated lies

They are selling fake products. I have emailed them regarding a cream from Edta Md which I always order and told them that it was separating, smelling nothing like the original one and consistecy was very bad . I ve asked them for a replacement and they didn t even bother. Don’t trust them!!!

Jeg har fortsatt ikke mottatt varen etter 3 uker. Når jeg trykker på linken for å spore varen så kommer jeg til en inaktiv side. Jeg har også mottatt e-post (fra DHL) hvor jeg blir bedt om å trykke på en link for å oppgi adressen på nytt og legge inn betalingsinformasjon for å betale ekstra fraktkostnader. Jeg mistenker derfor at dette er svindel

This company persistently sends me emails despite my numerous attempts to unsubscribe. Their failure to honour my requests to stop receiving their communications reflects a lack of ethics and respect for consumer rights. FEB 29 Just to respond to the message below from StrawberryNet, despite what they have said, I received more emails post this message. Completely unacceptable.

Dont buy here, i have never receievd the parcel and they dont take responsability…

Be careful and don't buy at strawberrynet if you can. I have been stolen a lot of money from them. I ordered a very expensive item that got lost because they didn't write the correct address in the parcel (confirmed by the currier company) and they say thar they are not responsible for anything and that it should be myself dealing with the carrier instead of themselves, even the carrier confirms that it should be strawberrynet. On top of loosing a lot of money I lost so much time dealing with it. I hope this is helpful for other possible customers.

La Mer Eye Concentrate does not seem authentic

Just tried the La Mer Eye Concentrate which smells and feels totally different from the authentic ones directly from La Mer counters which I have used for years. This version has a more plastic smelling, perfumed scent and has a watery and thinner consistency. Started to have some soreness around the eyes and tiny blister on eyelid a few days after using.

Muchos de los productos llegan desde China a Madrid y hay que pagar aduana

Esta empresa es fraudulenta. Infórmate bien de todas las condiciones de envio antes de comprar. En mi caso me mandaron, después de muchas semanas, un aviso de que el pedido estaba en aduanas de Madrid. Tenía que abonar unas tasas altas para que lo enviaran a mi domicilio y si al recibirlo lo abria para ver lo que había dentro pues ya no tenía derecho a reclamar nada. Mi opinión es que la compañia tiene muchos productos que entran dentro de lo que sería una estafa. La compañia no responde y yo he perdido el dinero. En mi opinión, hay muchas ofertas en el mercado y no vale la pena comprar aquí. Te evitarás muchos problemas y perder todo tu dinero. Y SIGUEN RESPONDIENDO CON EL DIA Y HORA QUE según ellos me devolvieron el dinero. JAMÁS ME HAN DEVUELTO el dinero. Que me manden el comprovante de la transferéncia
