Bought a pair of the Emma Bridgewater Spots High Rise Knicker. Lovely item, but after one wash the colour bled from the trim making the white and polka dot fabric a sludgy pink.

I have just received my first order from you and I cannot begin to say how impressed I am ! The knickers are beautiful! Firstly, the fabric is so soft and the patterns are simply lovely. As for the little boxes they come in and the outer package these are simply outstanding as they give such a nice feel to receiving the items and it is good to see your efforts towards sustainability. You truly have a unique product and even as an older lady, I still like nice clothes and pretty underwear and I have been looking for quite some time to find something like this. These are just the right style and size and all your patterns are lovely. I will be buying again and will tell my friends! I was also so impressed that they arrived so quickly !

Received my first order and was so delighted I ordered again straight away. Sadly the second order wasn't quite so good, but when I tried to sort out an exchange it was hopeless. I was told to click the link to access the returns process, but the crop top i bought had an offer attached if I bought matching briefs. This meant the unit price showed lower so the returns programme wouldn't allow me to exchange the item like for like. I sent another email which was either answered by a bot or by someone who didn't take time to read the message properly because I received exactly the same instructions again. I'd almost given up but when customer service contacted me they were superb, got the right size in no time and left me wondering if the problem I'd encountered was my lack of IT skills!! Anyway I'm super happy and super comfy so can highly recommend them. Great marketing for a reasonable product but terrible customer service, once they have your money they stop trying.
I had heard about this brand from podcasts and seen reviews on Instagram, so decided to try them. They are the lightest and most comfortable knickers I have ever worn and I am a woman in my sixties! Have ordered more and made a mistake with my order which was quickly sorted out. Would advise buying a size smaller as they are a generous fit.
