Bought a few bits from Stuarts, always a good selection with decent prices, recently bought a couple pairs of New Balance trainers & arrived really quickly. Definitely would recommend.

I placed an order for shoes in this store. The next day, I received a message that my order had been canceled. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the store didn't make enough profit on the transaction and it wasn't worth it for them to send me my order. Not recommended.
My delivery address was in Greece. They sent my order with some kind of delivery company called elta After 1 month of waiting I found out that my order was stuck in the post office and I had to pick it up and plus pay some additional 27 EUR (I don't even know why). I called Stuarts London and all they can say is "I don't know. there's nobody to answer your questions, you have to deal with that delivery company by yourself" Well... This is how they handle customer problems. Doesn't seem like a company to trust to me
I bought my wedding shoes from Stuarts and after changing my mind about them with less than a week to go, Rai's communication was top class. He organised a quick exchange to another style and talked me through the process at every step. Unfortunately the new pair didn't fit, so again I had to exchange to another size. Rai held the new pair for me as they were the last ones in my size and dispatched them when I sent proof that I had returned my pair, meaning I received them next day and in good time for the wedding. Very happy with my new shoes, and with the whole experience.

On March 14 of this year, I made a purchase from STUARTS, order number WEB662206. Due to the circumstances that arose, I needed to change the delivery address. In addition, some points have arisen that require clarification and participation from the seller. As a result, with the help of a STUARTS representative named Rai, I safely received the parcel and was thoroughly informed about all the details of the mentioned operation. I am grateful for this attitude.

I recently purchased a Barbour limited edition International wax jacket from Stuarts of London When it came it was packaged perfectly The Jacket itself was of the highest quality Unfortunately the jacket was slightly too large for me I contacted Stuarts and spoke to Rai who offered to receive it back from me for a refund I can not fault this company and would highly recommend the company 😊👍
Really fast despatch & delivery. Ordered a snow peak single action table with standard delivery (£3.95) and it was delivered the next morning! Well packaged and sublime piece of furniture, exceptionally well designed and finished. Best snow peak item I have acquired yet. Contacted customer service about a price match as the price dropped the following day and they not only responded within 20minutes- but sent a partial refund too. Really impressive- keep up the good work Stuarts London! - this will be my new go to place for Snow Peak gear.

Customer service team is fantastic, have had to speak with them a few times regarding orders and they always go above and beyond. Orders are always delivered quickly and packaged very well. Will continue to use Stuarts over any independent retailor and will always highly recommend.

Stuart’s is the king of tradition mixed with fresh contemporary trend. If your into your classic brands or latest seasonal style or brand ,Stuart’s and can not be beaten. Quality of garments and customer satisfaction I would say is the front of this gentleman’s outfitters which never fails to please !

One of the few independent menswear stores left in London that consistently look to introduce new brands to the market. Prefer to pay a bit extra to support the family owned Stuarts and hope they are here doing what they have been doing since the 1980's for many more years to come
