Ordering process was fine and the product itself is really nice. My only criticism is with the shipping option used for the UK. Package was sent via DHL eCommerce which had a delay in processing after collection from the company (over a week with no updates) and poor updates on progress. The tracking link provided also directed to the USPS website, rather than DHL, which obviously didn't recognise the tracking number and it took quite a bit of research to find the right tracking site.
