I had damaged the lenses of my Ray Ban’s and could not buy the same style. We emailed sunglassesuk.com and were informed that the size of lenses were unavailable. Ben then e mailed my husband and suggested that if we sent him the sunglasses he could then order some lens which he would be able to trim them to fit. What an excellent suggestion. Imagine my delight when three days later a package was delivered through our letter box by the Royal Mail. And on opening it I was doubly delighted to find my sunglasses repaired and looking wonderful. What service….would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs broken lenses repaired. All we need now is for the sun to return….patience is a virtue! With many thanks to Ben….excellent service 😀😀

Twice they have delivered outstandingly prompt and efficient service. Replacing a pair of Rayban Aviator conventional with polarised lenses they went the extra mile in helping identify the serial number (no mean feat with Raybans miniature etchings) and fitting the new lenses in a week. On the second occasion Ben intervened personally to help find replacements for damaged lenses of a pair of Bausch and Lomb Raybans from so long ago I've lost track of the date. Thats going the extra marathon. Nothing but praise. I will be back for more.
Great service, fast replies through email and happy to help with any enquires. I sent away 2 rayban glasses that I accidentally sat on and could no longer wear. They were returned to me within the week, like new again. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant service from Ben at Sunglasses UK. Somehow the arms I ordered didn't match my frame but Ben kindly offered for me to send them in and they'll sort. Just received them back and they're a perfect match and using genuine parts. If I ever sit on my sunglasses again (hopefully not) I'll be back in touch.

Oakley X-Metal Juliet refurbishment I would 100% recommend Ben and his team. I was a bit nervous about sending my original first gen Juliet’s through the post but Ben reassured me. All the way through the process Ben walked me through what he would be doing and what other options I had. I have now received them back and Ben has transformed these 23 year old glasses to the pair that I originally unboxed in the Heathrow Terminal on the way to a lads holiday in Mexico. 😂
Two items ordered and delivered.
I ordered my replacement lenses a few days before Christmas. Even though there were some justified delays and hiccups due to the holiday season, I got my order within the desired timeframe. The company, and Ben in particular, was always very attentive and responsive and gave me no reason to worry about.
