I bought a pair of their custom glasses years ago(2021?). Simple and speedy delivery. Last week one of the "arms" fell off a d I couldn't find it. Through their warranty service I entered my email and got a warranty log in. It immediately showed me the old purchase. 5 days later they are shipping replacement parts. This is not only great service, but also in line with their environmental goals. All companies should be like this. Wow.

I bought a pair of SunGod Classic3, as I was impressed with their customisation and lense offering. All was good but I've noticed the tortoise shell pattern is pealing off where my skin is in contact with frames (the bridge and arms). Very disappointed as these are not cheap frames anymore

Amazing product, Amazing Customer Service

I've bought a few pairs of SunGod glasses and they're are absolutely brilliant. But, sadly a pair broke on me and I thought that was it. BUT the lifetime guarantee meant that I could send them in and they replaced them and sent them out within 3 days! So... Amazing products but also amazing customer service!

Sungod has one of the best customer service departments.I have had to deal with them twice in the past 2 years in regards to warranty claims on my Vulcans, and on both occasions they were very quick to respond and replaced the part free of charge under the lifetime warranty.
