Can't pay with my VISA DEBIT (not accepted, and it is a new card - it wouldn't accept my last, now expired, card either) and PAYPAL is not an option at Superdrug. Had to use my husband's VISA MASTERCARD to pay for my goods. Not convenient for me to have to pay using his card and then pay him back. Another thing, they send emails to ask me to review things, and every time I review something saying I don't like it, they refuse it. Say something is good and it gets accepted. Haven't bothered reviewing for a long time now as not worth wasting the time on it. Totally fed up with Superdrug so the other big company will get all my orders now.

Visited the Brent Cross Store today to collect an order, the first cashier botched the collection. But Giulia took over the process and although originally she could not find the package she was very patient and went out to look for the package twice. On the second attempt she found the package and still came back out with a smile on her face. Giulia was very patient and helpful. Thank you Giulia .
A staff member at middle brook store called Caitlin really looked after us all today she was really helpful and caring with advising us with there ear piercing process we felt so confident to go ahead. She had a really positive attitude and was so nice especially with my four year old brother -who was being really energetic at the time- she certainly went the extra mile which we are very grateful for. And the piercing during hurt at all (it was a cartilage peircing) and fully explained the after care procedure thoroughly and we would definitely recommend other to get there Ears pierced by her she was amazing.

My wife saw Chloe on a Saturday morning to have the back of my neck treated. She has had this done before at a very expensive Cambridge beauty clinic. Chloe way way better. She was attentive and thorough. The result was excellent.
Superdrug lakeside Valbona done my eyebrow threading and she was very polite and very gentle. I’ve been to some places where they hurt but she was so good and my eyebrows looked amazing!! Definitely going back.

Yovka pierced my ears today with standard piercings and a top piercing. I popped in on the off chance and was served straight away. Very clean, very professional, excellent service and Yovka was so so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her!

Very good hair product for your hair control and growth. Highly recommended.
