Buenos días. He pedido zapatillas Superga en el marzo y no he recibido mercancía aunque he pagado!!! Lo reclamado muchísimas veces sin caso !!! Los últimos dos e mails ni me contestaron!!! Ahora quiero devolver dinero!!! He pagado 130€. Pero parece difícil . Drahomira.
It would have been a 5 star if there was a free returns policy. I bought two pairs to ensure I had the correct size and had to pay postage on the pair I returned.

Returns even if sizing is incorrect not factored into price. Also require it signed for. It cost over £30 to return three pairs of shoes that were not a size 7, more of an 7.5.

The size was too big so I had to return the shoes. Apparently Superga allows you to return the item but you need to pay for it and arrange the return on your own. I ended up paying over £8 for delivery and return of the shoes. If you really want to buy this brand maybe try looking for a shop that keeps this brand and accept return with no extra cost.

Have bought quite a few pairs of superga basic trainers. They really suit my style and lifestyle and last longer than done if the other brands.
I am wearing Superga for many years already, but became disappointed after buying last pair which cracked (rubber sole) on both trainers after first time I went out. Also found out Superga does not provide warranty.
Superga offer a number of options for delivery and I foolishly opted for 1-2 day option with Evri as it was slightly less expensive. Of course the parcel went missing. I joined Superga web chat facility and within minutes they sent me another package, next day delivery with another courier. Fantastic service from Superga. I love the product too
I placed my order where the shoes were advertised on the website. The following day I was told that the shoes were no longer in stock. Disappointing as I am not sure why the website still showed they were available. Now I am being asked for a review even though I do not have the shoes!
