A little delay with delivery which I was contacted and informed about by SuperStrong . The mats I ordered arrived with a helpful and cheerful delivery driver they are great quality and price.I will certainly recommend SuperStrong and reorder in the future.
I had to return something and they were v helpful when the delivery company didn't turn up. They kept me in the loop responded quickly and chased up. Unfortunately the delivery company (DX) is poor, left voicemails saying they'll pick up on a day but when I called them they gave a different day, didn't turn up on one of the days.
I decided I needed a flat bench again in my home gym - mainly so I can set up a seal row with the bench elevated. I did have a far more expensive flat bench in the gym but sold it last year and then decided I didn’t really want to spend a huge amount of money on another one if I only really use it for one particular exercise. Excuse me waffling on but I wanted to give this review a bit of context!! Anyway, getting to the point - I genuinely CAN NOT BELIEVE the quality of bench I’ve just received for the cost of £89.00!!! Absolutely incredible for the money and easily as solid, stable and well-finished as my old one which cost over 3 times what this one did!! Free delivery within a couple of days and great communication from both retailer and courier just rounded off an absolutely faultless customer experience.

Speedy delivery. The delivery guy brought the bike to my door (I live on the first floor with no lift) . Echelon bike is excellent but 50kg no way I would have carried it by myself. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
I bought the 20mm rubber mats, I did my research and they were not only the best price but the only Company I found offering a 4 year warranty. Delivery was a little slow but there was a warning about a shortage of delivery drivers (using a 3rd party). Overall a great experience and I would use them again.
