I made my first online order yesterday evening and my package arrived today , And earlier then i expected excellent service , they also threw in extra treat aswell brilliant service will definitely be using again .
Really lovely products. Ordered 4 kinder baskets for Easter. Exactly as pictured. Great value for money. Got to pick the colour ribbon and a little message. Will definitely be ordering again. Came very fast also and I had email updates every step of the way.
I will give them credit for delivery it was fast. However I paid in total 22euro for a sweet box to give to my husband, and have to say I was so disappointed with it. The amount of sweet in it was tiny for the price you pay for it, the picture of it gives a false sense on what it looks like.
Terrible small company. No customer support. They don’t reply to emails. Very long delay between ordering and delivery. My delivery got lost and they didn’t reply to my emails about it. Avoid at all costs.

This is the first time I've ordered goodies and it won't be the last, I'm not very computer/internet savy, but I found ordering online very simple, my order of candy canes arrived well packaged and delivered on time by DPD, and I'm very happy with the products I ordered. I have to admit I was concerned that the candy canes might arrive broken, but they are all perfect. Thank you for the bonus sugar sticks, I haven't had one in 50 years!

Got the Sweetzone Sour Suckers. They are not at all sour. They are just jellies covered in sugar. Very disappointed. Fast delivery though.

Customer service horrific. I've ordered from this company for over 2 years and spent €11,578 over that time as it's a wholesale account. My last order for 120 euro was never delivered to me, I contact CS Brendan after emails going unanswered and get a lady called Jackie who tried to tell me emails are in some folder and missed and they were not ignoring me. I tell them I didnt get my order, then she said she would look into it, weeks nothing, I call Brendan who then gets her to email me, she states that she was under the assumption that I was contacting and being compensated with DPD, How would they compensate me? I don't have an account with DPD thats you. my emails go unanswered for 1 week. The item was NEVER delivered here, it was NOT signed by me or anyone else here, it was not stolen it was never delivered. It's not my job to investigate this, I did all I can and now im 120 euro down and no resolution or help. I have ordered from you guys for two years, starting 06/02/2021/ 32 orders totalling 11,578 EURO, and for the effort to resolve this 120 EURO missing item is not great, I'm your customer, if you have an issue with DPD miss delivering thats not my issue, I didn't sign or receive that item. I am ignored to where I need to open a PP dispute, this should not be the case. I lost as they gave tracking, but simple as the driver messed up, the driver who they pay to deliver my item and failed me. CS is lacking when it comes to resolving this. Jackie was not helpful and was doing the blame game when she should have been trying to resolve my order being LOST! 12k spent and you loose a customer for a once off 120 euro order. SMART??? I have my own company and if a post looses a one time or long time customers order I replace it immediately. I do not make the customer run around trying to find an item they never got. This is not the customers responsibility! You now ignore my emails again, horrible experience to a simple problem that ALL online companies deal with. You need to look at your procedures as this is no way to deal with a simple miss sorted / lost customer package. ——- Jackie - Your reply is a joke- 3 months for your lovely reply! 🤦♀️ I never needed to deal with your customer service, never any issues with anything before but the one time in two years was HORRIBLE!! Surly this is not your first time to have this issue in over 35 years 🤣 I don’t work for DPD I’m your customer - the guards lol I’m your customer this is not a criminal matter, your responsibilities are to ensure delivery by the courier you pick! Ignored emails by your experienced 35 years in bus company - 19,20,21 April no reply, 11,14 may no replay - you think that’s good customer service? I called you called DPD and tried to sort and to no avail - citizens advise would say!”””” If you bought something from a business to be delivered, it's the seller's responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to you. If the seller used a courier, they should chase the courier to find out what's happened to your order - it's not your responsibility.”””” Never did I sign for it! Show me one signed slip! Your courier dumps it in a hall by the main door! Im on the second floor as per my address! I don’t work in the hall! Yes we have people working here but yet again not in the hall!! It’s your responsibility to ensure the package gets to the customer from when it leaves to the drop off - it didn’t! Simply - if it’s stolen because your drivers forged my signature that’s on the couriers you pick! I can’t be in the hall Monday to Friday 9-6 waiting for the many packages I get! Fastway deliver to my office door and never any issues. Imagine me telling my paying customers to call the guards about a postage order missing! Ffs I opened the case on PP as you ignored me for ages! Then claimed my email went into some magic folder that no one looks at! Again this is your admin issues not the customers we don’t care! We want the product we paid for! Why should I pay €120 for nothing???? I got my refund from PayPal so clearly your in the wrong Jackie and Brendan Part of online shopping is ensuring the delivery and if not do all you can to help YOUR customer! Failed

Customer Service is terrible, I have recently bought a few items and it has been a month. They only answered once asking me if I wanted a refund or wait until one of the items arrived in the warehouse and I said a refund. 2 weeks gone by with no reply and no refund, poor!, at least update me.
