Bought a Jonathan Adler rocket decanter that was the cheapest online, and they delivered by courier free of charge. It takes pride of place on the bar! Lucy in sales was also extremely helpful and polite. Thank you for a five star service, Five Star coincidentally are playing on the radio!
Ordered two footstools on a 1-3 week lead time and they arrived in a week. They suit the space perfectly and are exactly as expected. Great communication from Sweetpea and Willow and delivery by DHL was also seamless. Would highly recommend.

Well. Was expecting 1st class delivery service but all I got was a notification on the day with no pre-warning that my chair was being delivered. I was out of the UK at the time but fortunately my neighbours were able to take this very large box in I til I got back to the UK. I was told the silver date would be notified so I could negotiate a mutual time. The box was just dumped with the neighbours by Royal Mail. The chair is okay but is definitely no the pink colour on the website - more cream in colour

We eventually received delivery of the beautiful vase that we ordered a few weeks ago which was too long for a delivery but S&W had made us aware and updated us accordingly. Plus great packaging ensuring the product is safe from incidental damage. This is the 2nd product we have bought from S&W and we would shop here again. Great selection of products!
Amazing experience with an amazing company who have amazing products… I was looking for a very specific bed of specific dimensions with a specific look and could get this with Sweatpea and willow… It was an international order it went smoothly and the products arrived in perfect condition! Loved to work with the sales team who had good ideas and helped with choices. Now I can’t wait to need more furniture to come back to the team with new needs!
I ordered 2 glass side tables which arrived within a week as said on the website. They are beautiful great quality, and look fantastic in lounge. However both boxes were heavily damaged by DPD their chosen delivery company and one table was smashed. The packaging was flimsy and honestly I’ve had stuff delievered form Amazon in a bigger box with better packaging! Not good packaging really! Lovely table though and am awaiting g a replacement for the broken one!
