Can’t put bed together because there’s a fault and can’t get a response by email to fix it. Don’t expect it with a very expensive bed.

Sadly the TV stand wood arrived damaged. I realised the TV stand would never be able to take the weight of the heavy 43" OLED TV. I returned the item and rang customer services to request a refund. They agreed and put the refund request through and promised to ensure it would be completed successfully. This they did and kept me informed at all times. Well done everyone.
Really helpful and effective customer service
Swoon offer excellent customer service. It's now four and a half years since we bought our sofa, and so well out of legal guarantee, but when two of the legs came loose they sent out a repairman at no cost to us and he fixed it swiftly.
Good response to my query. Issue was resolved promptly with no fuss.

Bought my console table online without having actually seen it. The table is exactly as it appears online - high quality, real wood and sanded to an extremely smooth finish. It looks refined and modern - exactly what I was after!
My product arrived damaged, and swoon weren’t receiving my emails regarding this due to a server issue. It was becoming frustrating, however after I left this review the complaints team picked it up and handled the situation quickly and effectively over the phone. A couple of my orders have now arrived damaged, however the customer service team have always worked quickly to find a suitable resolution.
I used to work at Swoon for a couple years, there is even some reviews about me helping people on here. As I have seen all the behind the scenes of this company I urge you to not buy from Swoon. So many items are delivered damaged, to the scale of over 30% of items were delivered damaged consistently. Furthermore if you ask for a manager to call you back. It is not actually a manager it is just a normal member of the team pretending to be a manager as the real manager is only one person and knows half of what the normal staff do.
