Great garments and customer support
Best customer support I have ever encountered, so a special thanks to Erin who always helps me. I believe customer support is native English (or has such good English that it may as well be native), so as long as your English is sufficient there shouldn't be any miscommunications. Garments are absolutely lovely, for the quality of the material and the MTM aspect they could easily ask for more, but they don't. No reason to not buy from here. If it is your first time expect some alterations and tweaks to your sizes (this is unavoidable - even if your garment fits 'perfectly' according to general standards, you may have a personal preference for a garment being slightly looser or tighter, or longer, or shorter, etc. in certain areas), but with the help of customer support and their perfect fit warranty you very quickly find your perfect fit and from then on you can just chain-order everything you'd ever want in the perfect fit. Some of their garments come with a bit of extra fabric (for example, the trousers) so should you gain a little bit of weight or muscle mass you can take it to your local tailor and have it altered. If you have unusual measurements, please do consult with customer support because there's a ton of 'hidden' measurements they can go over with you. For example I have slightly bigger forearms and upper thighs than normal so I have an extra measurement added to my trousers and an extra measurement for the forearm portion of my dress shirts.
