Sadly the food isn't quite as they say, we have a tiny Chihuahua and a Labrador so we assumed from the ads the food would be different for each of them. But no they don't seem to understand a tiny Chihuahua needs very different food to a Labrador.
I have spent all day trying to contact Tails as my dogs food has not turned up and he has nothing to eat. I think getting rid of your telephone number is a very bad company policy and I’m hoping putting my complaint in here may get a response from you as your email auto bot is rubbish. I’ve used Tails for years but would currently not recommend.

Be aware, Tails is owned by Nestle who recently recorded revenue of $94 BILLION. Not exactly looking down the back of the couch for spare change... So, the 'Tails CEO' emailed all customers to announce a price increase approaching a staggering 20%: (Quote) "Behind the scenes, the team have been working hard to absorb increases in the price of our ingredients and materials. But there are some things we won’t compromise on - like working with ethical suppliers and sourcing ingredients responsibly. As such, we have needed to raise our prices, to continue delivering the high standard of nutrition and care we believe in."(End Quote) In the current economic downturn, most people receive minimal pay rises (often none), and on average have significantly 'less' money in real terms than five years ago due to inflation and energy prices. I cancelled and passed on feedback and to their credit, responded with custom advice on reducing costs via a different food mix and a small 3 month discount. That being said, this level of increase is tone deaf to it's customer base and I think Tails (Nestle) will find people walking with their feet elsewhere. It's a shame to see a company with a strong customer ethos eroded away by corporate greed.
My dog loves her ‘Tails’ biscuits and wet food which is great. Delivery is prompt, items are well packaged, and the discount codes keep me happy! I would say it was practically perfect until they took the decision to close the phone lines, for the reasons given as follows ‘I'm really sorry for any disappointment caused. ‘Our decision to remove our phone lines was because we found that we’re able to respond to customers much faster this way and will also be able to support them better at different times of day.’ So this means if you have a query you can wait 24 hours for a human response ( there is an ‘automatic’ response that your e-mail has been received ) by which time ( in my case) I had resolved the query myself. I think this is a very disappointing decision, and that you are alienating a proportion of your customers who don’t have access to, or use e-mails. The customer service itself is great, the colleagues themselves seem very friendly and helpful and super efficient which is brilliant, it’s just a shame that you cannot call them directly to discuss your queries it’s so much easier to have a conversation - that’s the only reason I deducted a ‘star’
My girl had a really upset tummy when i got her, as soon as she got on the tails diet her bowel movements have been so much better and she gained much needed weight and is now looking healthy happy with a beautiful coat!

Mein Jack Russel Mix hat diverse teure Futter aus dem Futterhaus nicht gerne gefressen. Immer ein paar Tage drauf gestürzt und dann wirklich nur noch gefressen so viel wie er musste. Seitdem er das Futter von tails.com bekommt frisst er total gut! Er liebt es und frisst kein Gras mehr draußen. Unsere Bulldogge hat leider ein paar Probleme bei der Verträglichkeit gehabt. Ich habe dem Kundenservice geschrieben und kurze Zeit später direkt eine Antwort mit Lösungsvorschlag bekommen! Futter wurde direkt geändert nachdem ich einige Fragen zum Hund beantworten musste. Jetzt kam das neue Futter und sie hat es sofort angenommen und frisst wieder gerne
The food is great if it was kilo putting the reviews in it would be 5⭐but putting the cost up before his diet and amount changes then I would give you 5⭐ as well but it's getting to expensive if it goes up any more

My food for our dog is great been using this great company for 5 years but and a BIG BUTTTTTT DPD their courier are idiot's it say's on my account safe place in porch not on door step the other month it was stolen off door step then had to waot 2 week's for replacement they are a joke so tails.com if you want negative feed back every month keep using these idiot's...
Really good company with the best costumer service!! My dog is a very picky (if not the pickiest) dog, and we struggled to feed her since we got her. We ordered the chicken gravy which she used to eat but then she stopped and would only eat the salmon pate but we only had one can of that! We offered to send 22 tins of chicken back to them for salmon ones, but as they do not accept returns they sent 22 tins of salmon pate for my dog free of charge because my dog would not eat anything else! Really great company that actually cares about our doggies!! If you have doubts you should definitely give it a go.
Ich habe lange nach Trockenfutter gesucht, was mein Hund Fressen tut. Ich hatte erst Angst, dass er da auch nicht dran geht. Aber er warte förmlich auf seine Portion und verlangt oft nach mehr. Wir sind total begeistert und können es nur weiter empfehlen

Mir ist eine Werbung von tails.com ins Haus geflattert, mit einem Angebot über ein Testpaket für Hundefutter. Da mein Hund ein schlechter "Fresser" ist und mächtig rummäkelt, habe ich das Angebot über das Internet einmal angenommen und auch bestellt. Was bei dieser Bestellung allerdings nicht sichtbar war ist die Tatsache, dass ich wohl mit diesem Angebot gleichzeitig einen monatlichen Liefervertrag abgeschlossen habe. Zudem teilte man mir mit, dass man die neue Lieferung von meinem Paypal-Konto abziehen werde, wozu ich keinerlei Abbuchungsermächtigung erteilt hatte. Ich habe nur 2,00 € für die Versandkosten des Testpaketes per Paypal bezahlt, was allerdings nicht als Abbuchungsermächtigung anzusehen war. Ich besitze einen kleinen Hund, der die monatlichen Liefermengen auch gar nicht verkraften könnte, zumal er das Testfutter auch nach einem langsamen Eingewöhnen nicht fressen mag. Tails.com sollte seine Geschäftsgebaren einmal überdenken und evtl. Kunden vor der Bestellung deutlich aufklären.
