I've used this company a couple of times before without issue and thought I would use them again out of loyalty. *Please note before you send a new phone tech-tiger want a full history of phone, receipt of purchase, trade in status, who you bought your phone off and will not purchase if you do not have these. This is not made clear enough in my opinion before you buy and send with special delivery which has made me £10 out of pocket when I could have sold this elsewhere.

Scammers. I sent in my Galaxy s23 in mint condition. The company then claimed the screen was scratched with pictures which I'm unsure are even of my phone, reducing the quote by £120. Avoid them at all costs is my advice.
