In a world where it's 'much easier to complain than congratulate', I wanted to contact you to thank you and praise your company for fantastic service. I only placed my order - via your excellent website - yesterday (Wednesday the 24th April) and received my package from you, quite unexpectedly today (Thursday the 25th April)- expecting my order to take "3-54 days" as per your email. Both the 'goods' purchased and your customer service are excellent... should the need arise, again, I will have no hesitation in using your company again.
Dress is beautiful. A bit long, had to get it altered. Fits like a glove. Definitely worth it. Delivery was good too.

I ordered the Harry Potter robe from the Costume Shop. It arrived very quickly. When I opened it, I saw that the packaging was completely torn in pieces. (Not a good first impression.) I then saw that the clasp was broken. I contacted the company and said I’d like a refund due to the torn packaging and broken piece that holds the costume together. They said they would send an alternative clasp out. I told them I would prefer to return the costume in full as I didn’t want to keep a costume that was damaged and broken. What continued was many emails back and forth where the company refused to send me out a paid postage return or pay for the return. They claimed they sent out a replacement part for the clasp but that never arrived so I would never have been able to wear the robe. In the end I had to pay for the return even though the costume arrived damaged and broken. Buyer beware. Not a nice company to deal with!
