The ordering process was straightforward and promptly acknowledged, I received timely notice of when the delivery would take place (well within the promised time frame) and the company chosen for the transportation of the items was excellent.

I would recommend oak bed store, the two girls in the office were fantastic, from my initial enquiry, right up until delivery. There was an issue with colour differences and they were straight on it, before it was even delivered! A great company, and really happy with the products received. Would use again.

The Emporia solid oak single bed was just as described on the Oak Bed Store website. Very pleased with quality and the sprung slats. Well packaged for delivery.
Ordered a king size Royal Ascot bed, which was delivered on the date confirmed, items came very well packed. On opening the boxes, I did note a few issues with part of the frame, the delivery drivers rang the bed store for me and I spoke with Aaron, who spent 20 minutes on the phone with me. I sent photos of the items to Aaron, who then quickly arranged for replacements to be shipped out, once received and assembled it was clear to see the bed had been very well made with quality materials. Great bed , great customer service, would highly recommend.
Great service! All intact , when it arrived ! Lovely white Storage Bed and Mattress! Bit tricky with delivery but all ended ok! I would definitely use the Oak Bed Store again!
Customer service is excellent! We purchased a bed and a mattress from this company. We had an ikea bed before and although materials used in ikea are not great the bed was a bit more sturdy and easier to lift up and down because the machinist helped a bit. In this bed it’s sooo hard to lift the bed up (ottoman) and when you pushing it down it just slams down. The mattress is sooo heavy but even before the mattress the mechanism has not been very smooth and quite stiff. The bed frame itself on the inside is not very sturdy, if you move the bed the internal bits move out of alignment. The wooden slabs that the mattress goes on are very rough with bits of wood sticking out all over the place so had to be careful when putting plastic bits on to connect them which were quite stiff. Basically my husband was not very pleased with design/workmanship but I think it’s quite good for the money paid for the size of the bed. Time will tell. The mattress is ok so far - we were pleased it came unrolled! All in all it’s ok budget bed but a back breaker to lift it - definitely not for every day use like our ikea bed was.
