Great product and service, my son loves the watch. The pin remover pin was bent when product arrived, Richard sent a replacement which was received within 48 hours.
It was a little tricky removing links but the video was good and the right tool provided. My husband likes it very much especially the sustainability and the Redwood. It seems very comfortable.
Very happy with my order and watch, 5 star all around for ther service and quality of the watch.
The watch is beautiful and arrived quickly. Star lost because the instructional video on altering the strap could be improved.

Purchased a watch earlier this year with no issues about ordering or delivery. Beautiful watch but a fault occurred with the strap over Christmas. Decided to email company, not expecting a reply until the new year, but Richard the company founder got back to me straight away and sorted the issue by means of a replacement. Excellent company ethos with superb customer service. Very impressive all round.

Easy to order Quick delivery Bought as a present and they love it. Needed to remove links and found no problem.
Did not deliver ordered item on communicated date, frequent emails elicited “be patient” replies and quoting of the company returns policy. Eventually after over two weeks of no delivery and several emails, finally obtained a refund. Would not recommend.
The Watches themselves are made to a very high quality and look absolutely amazing, On top of that I have had a couple queries regarding the watches and had extremely fast and helpful replies from Richard the founder and have ended up buying another one due to the 5 star service I highly recommend this company and the watches best decision I made
