I am surprised by all the positive…

I am surprised by all the positive comments. We ordered a throw at the beginning of March ‘24. It has still not arrived. My wife has emailed and the communication is limited saying “its still not in stock”. The last email my wife wrote expressed we want a refund and the reply ignored that and stated “it’s still not in stock again”. This feels almost like a scam company. We read such positive reviews before buying this item. In fact, we were awaiting delivery on this to then potentially get more, but there is no chance of that now.

Buying and receiving were efficient and quick but the pillow was not useful for side sleeping in recovery from my broken shoulder. Cannot use. Cannot send back.

I bought a wool mattress protector & some wool pillows. My order was dispatched quickly & received next day. Really pleased with the quality so I bought another mattress protector for another other bed. Again swift dispatch & received next day. Will use this company again.

Fulfillment was speedy! Product was as advertised. Enjoying the firmness in combination with the breathability. Feathers/down are too flimsy and synthetic foams are too hot. Good product!

Mattress cover is great

Mattress cover is great! Fits well and much cooler/warmer than the cover sold with our new mattress. We purchased a mattress with natural components only to find polyurethane in the mattress cover (which felt awful). Glad i found the woolroom!

Dreamy topper

Very easy to order, information about product was easy to find. I love that the topper was made in the UK and all naturally sourced. It’s so soft and keeps you cosy without making you sweaty. I suffer with night sweats and since using this topper, I hardly get any at all. It is so comfortable and is helping me get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend.. Packaging was all cardboard.

Excellent quality & craftsmanship! From my very 1st night, laying my head on this pillow has already made a difference in my sleep. I was not expecting to have such fast results. Searching for excellence

We were looking for a range of throws to complement some new furniture. Having toured most leading retailers to find the right matches, we were disappointed until we visited the Woolroom premises in Oakham. Spoilt for choice was our first thought. Very helpful staff. We purchased 5 throws at very reasonable prices. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Good job guys.

Fabulous quilt.

Fabulous quilt. I bought a light quilt because I’ve been troubled with night sweats. Because it’s turned cold I worried I’d made a mistake but it’s absolute bliss! Perfectly cosy but I’ve not woken up “hot” anymore. I’m completely converted to wool quilts!

Best Pillow Ever

I absolutely love my pillow! I have been searching for something that fits my odd sleeping habits so I don't wake up with a sore back and a stiff neck and this one is working great! I like the option to purchase extra filling as well to customize the shape and density to what I need. Also love the natural materials used!
