You charged me over £6 for a 5cl bottle of whisky! Over £4of that was postage. Won't be recommending or using you again

Your company nothing can help once received payment, all delivery issues are asking the customer to follow up with the courier. I was informed the day of the refund also cannot be estimated.😣

Placed order on Monday but it wasn’t despatched until Thursday which meant it arrived late, had it been despatched the following day it would have arrived in plenty of time.
The whiskey is great but charging for delivery and it taking a week to get here wasn’t the best.
