Finger Weg von Lova Cotoure! Habe einen Rock bestellt der absolut billig war, eine schlechte Qualität hatte und mit dem Bild auf der Website gar nichts zu tun hatte! Der angebliche Kundenservice hat auf meine Frage nach einem Retourenschein erstmal angeboten von Preis runterzugehen (15%) das wären 5 Euro oder ich sollte den Rock auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken. Mit der Voraussetzung ein Formular für die Rückerstattung auszufüllen und dieses der Rücksendung beizulegen. Nur habe ich dieses Formular nicht erhalten. Die Firma hat ihren Sitz definitiv in China! Die Qualität ist sehr minderwertig. Das beste kommt zum Schluss. Den Rückversand muss man selber zahlen, Kostenpunkt 45€.

I am a first-time customer, I bought these knit pants and their amazing quality and amazing fit, and I will buy from this brand again, I also live in Jordan quite far from the UK and the product was shipped with DHL Express and arrived within 3 or 4 days or so, passed through clearances and customs with no issues. Scam of a company - half my order was missing, filed a case with my bank and the merchant complained leaving me out of pocket for something i haven’t received. Customer service is sh!t and lie about cctv of someone else’s order with no proof it’s mine. Now i’m struggling to pay for this order.
Great clothes, quality is consistent and so is the fit. I tend to order more from asos though because of the free return possibility, have only had to return one thing from couture but its still a pain. Would be more likely to order from the website that way.

I love the fit and the collor!!!! But….. they say it’s great quality but it’s not. I wore it one time and between the legs there are already balls of dust. This is not the quality that they advertised with. I paid a lot of money for this tracksuit, and I was expecting great quality just like they describe on there website. I’m disappointed ☹️ Like you see they’re pretending that there coming with a solution, but the solution was that I spend 60 euros to send it back to them. I don’t get why molly mae is supporting this brand that has zere quality and is lying about there products!!?! They steal ideas of the brand four, you can better spend more money there than buy something here. Four had really good quality and a great costumers service. So don’t buy here please it’s a waste of money…..

I have never heard of The Couture Club but last week when reading about Olly and Amelia Mur’s welcoming their mini Mur’s into the world in The Sun newspaper, I was really taken with the sweatshirt that Amelia was wearing when she left the hospital. After looking on the internet I found The Couture Club and found the black chenille sweatshirt that Amelia was wearing. I ordered the sweatshirt and it was despatched the same day and I received it within 24 hours. I was kept up to date with the tracking. I received the sweatshirt and I am extremely happy with my purchase the quality of the sweatshirt is amazing and well worth the price.
