The offer to clean up the ring for the day is a great touch and we both love the bands and how he's been able to match my partners band to the engagement ring. Always personable, helps explain and guide through the process and always felt like my convenience and experience was top priority. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend the Diamond Ring Company to anyone I know! Michael and his team were able to create my ideal engagement ring and was even able to suggest some finer details which made it better than I imagined. I visited many jewelers in Hatton Garden, many of which were not able to provide a Princess cut hidden halo ring to the parameters i wanted, however Michael assured me it could be done and made the process extremely easy. Amazing customer service and excellent craftsmanship on top of that!

I’d had my eye on a diamond engagement ring that was beautifully modern and minimal, and when calling Michael was fantastic in giving me details as to the qualities of the ring, the customisations available and in all in a non-pushy way. He even helped save me some future trouble by recommending a ‘wedding band friendly’ design that I was incredibly grateful for.
