Awful customer service, have sent 2 items back now from 2 different orders (sent back separately weeks & weeks ago) using the returns labels provided, have had no correspondence for either. Have emailed customer service and still no reply almost a week later. So I’m now £50 down with no items to show for it, will definitely never use again.
After looking far and wide for a certain bodysuit, I couldn't find it, but then I saw that fashion bible had it, it was a quick purchase, and also a quick delivery, with tracking and everything was so smooth sailing. I'm the happiest person alive right now. THANKYU FASHION BIBLE!!!!!

Sent and received super quickly, outfit is exactly same as image on site. Only thing I would say is the outfit purchased isn’t amazing quality slightly thin material for price but overall happy.

Seriously avoid this store.. purchased a garment in store and noticed at home it had a small mark on it. I took it back to store (still in bag and fully tagged) for an exchange and they refused due to the mark.. but that was the reason for my return?? Manager of store told us that this returns policy was on their website.. but how does that help the store buyers? Now having to go through Trading Standards etc. seriously avoid these guys, they don’t deserve customers
