The wrong bracelet was delivered. I emailed in a panic to let them know as it was a birthday gift, they sent the right one out and I received it the following day. Great service and the gift was loved.

Could be a pre paid returns service like other jewellers on the market.These days 99 percent of goods are bought online and if I would have known this in the first place maybe shopped somewhere else. Someone they need to look at as it could end up in Jewelhut loosing value sales.

When I ordered some earrings for my daughter I subscribed to the website and was offered a discount for my first order,(most sites do this). I then placed the order and was offered a free gift for the amount I had spent,I chose the gift I wanted but it was sent with the order. When I queried this they said because of first order discount and subscribing I was not entitled to the free gift! This was not made clear when ordering and is bad customer service. Will not use this site again!
