Today i visited your store Meadow lane Nottingham. The Sales lady Mary was so helpful and showed me lots of options and explained what tiles would work best in the bathroom space i needed. I left after purchasing some beautiful tiles. Very helpful and friendly advise , would fully recommend this store.
On both visits to TG Kilmarnock different staff were really interested in my project and helpful. Last week I was given samples to take away - no charge - and I promised to return them. Today, Scott showed me how to use contrasting textures and reduced the overall cost of my project to bring it in on my budget.

The team were amazing, especially Brandon, we had some hiccups with the delivery, also a slight issue with one of the packs having faulty tiles, but the team in the Croydon store took care of everything, easy return for the one pack we had left over. Friendly, amazing.

I have a trade account with Tile Giant. I've order a tile waited a month and when chased up my order questioned who open the trade account and told stock isn't in store, this isnt they correct way to conduct business.
