Although I ordered the wrong size & had to return my item,- the item was beautifully wrapped,arrived quickly and it was easy to contact Tiso for refund,which was processed quickly.Would recommend to other buyers.

Prior to purchasing on line I telephoned Tiso with a couple of questions. Spoke to a very polite and knowledgeable person. Ordering process was easy. Delivery was very quick with only a very minimal assembly required. Great price and a quality bike.

Bought a Berghaus Fleece, I already have one in a size 12 which fits perfectly so ordered the same size and it's much too tight. Now I have to pay postage to return it and wait 14 days for a refund. Very poor Returns policy

I bought a peter storm green jacket from the tiso store in aviemore about 3 weeks ago.after using the jacket for about 10 days,I went on line and ordered another identical one,because I was very impressed with the design and discount as well.well done tiso!.
