Absolutely terrible experience with TJC.co.uk! Over a year ago, their system supposedly glitched and wouldn't accept my Budgetpay payment, even though my account was fully up-to-date. Without warning, they took hundreds of pounds directly out of my bank account. This is a blatant violation of their own Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS clearly states that for failed payments, TJC should send the matter to a debt collection agency. They completely bypassed this step and went straight to taking a large sum of money directly from my account over 365 days later. If they had followed their own TOS and sent it to collections, I would have been notified and paid it immediately. Instead, they took a massive chunk of money the moment my paycheck hit, causing a major financial strain. But it gets worse. When I contacted TJC to resolve this issue, they showed zero interest in helping. They simply brushed me off and offered no assistance whatsoever. Essentially, they were happy to leave me without any money due to their own error over a year ago. Adding to the frustration, there was absolutely no communication from TJC about this issue. I received no emails or notifications about the alleged Budgetpay glitch or the impending withdrawal from my account. TJC left me completely in the dark, only to take a significant amount of money without my knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable business practice. Be warned - stay away from TJC.co.uk! Their unethical payment practices, unresponsive customer service, and lack of communication will leave you frustrated and financially worse off. Lack of Notification: TJC didn't inform me beforehand about the alleged glitch or the upcoming withdrawal from my account. Ideally, they should have sent some kind of notification (email, phone call) explaining the situation and potential actions before taking the money. No Authorization Given: I didn't explicitly authorize this specific withdrawal. I might have authorized past payments or set up Budgetpay, but without consent for this particular debit, it is seen as unauthorized. In light of this experience, I urge others who use TJC.co.uk to check their bank statements carefully for any unauthorized debits.

I am disappointed that most of the time when gold and silver items are priced on TV, there's no gram weight, and because of this I will not buy anything which does not show the gram weight. Geo
