I cannot fault the quality of the leather gloves. It is superb. However, the fit is not. I ordered two pairs of navy, size small (which is my normal size). They were extremely tight. I returned one pair and kept the other, in the hope that they will loosen up. I then ordered two pairs of grey, size medium via John Lewis, but shipped direct from Totes. These duly arrived and one pair was TIGHTER than both the small navy pairs. The other pair fitted fine, albeit fingers a little long. But the fit was like the fit of other brands I have in size small. The exceedingly small medium pair is being returned via John Lewis. Delivery of all of the gloves was very prompt indeed. Only 3 stars because of the fit.

I ordered 2 pairs needing one in the expectation (based on past experience) that there would be some issue. This time both pairs were, on fitting, too small, one of them I couldn't get on, at least not I thought, without damaging it. The slippers looked when placed side by side markedly different.You have measurement control issues. I haven't tried to return them as I passed the saller of the 2 onto a family member. A year or so ago I'd bought 2 pairs both fitted and were comfortable, but on one the slippers the insole delaminated almost immediately and despite mending it a couple of times those attempts were no more durable When you get it right the slippers are fine but you seem to have significant quality control issues & as a consequence. I won't be buying more. Sincerely N Chambers

Brought the moccasin slipper through my catalogue but where the piping ends just inside it digs into my foot am finding them very uncomfortable. Don't think I can return them as I have now worn them

Excellent customer service. I couldn't open the umbrella fully when I received it so thought it was faulty. I phoned Totes and was put through to a very helpful friendly person who talked me through it and hey presto! Umbrella now fully working and used.
