Trainers never arived absolute disgusting to work with as they do not cooperate they take your money and don’t send the item every review is the same 1star and items not turning up I’m not the first and definitely not the last TOWE victim

This company refuses to issue refunds and accept returns - other reviews say the same. Fine if everything goes well but as they sell 2nds it can go wrong too. I ordered a pair of crocs online that were too small returned following day unworn and unused. Company refused to issue refund sending pictures of crocs looking "worn" and "scratched". I only tried them on at home as with all online shoes I could not possibly have caused this "damage" shown on photo in one day anyway. I have buyer protection under consumer law as goods sent "were not as expected" possibly used or in poor condition when sent. I now have to raise claim with my bank. I will refuse any returns to me and suggest others do the same. Claim refund through your banks under legal buyer protection.
