Really disappointed with here. Honestly thought i had found a place where i could get most things i need for the business. 1st order did not arrive on time, even though i had paid for express delivery. 2nd order, tried to pay and circle of death on the payment screen. Tried calling, but was sent to an answer machine and not been called back. Shame really as would have pent some decent money with them, but will now look elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. Item sent was faulty and secondhand. The telephone line to TCD is an answer machine only and does not call back when you request this. Got in contact through live chat and company claimed they hadn't received my emails so I resent using a different email account to their sales@ email address. Live chat then sent a blank email from a different email address for me to write to. They then cut me off and told me to have a good day.
No good company and customer service customer cancel request not take it by the email and by the phone nobody answer for the bolt ways , sale company push it, no good !
Terrible customer service and their warranties are not worth the digital paper they are written on. Bought a trenching machine a few months ago which broke shortly after use. Took a month and a few complaints to get a replacement part sent out. The machine broke again. They say they are sending another replacement part which never appears. It has been months now and they have just stopped responding to my emails. If you never have any issues they can be ok for the price but as soon as you have an issue you are pretty much on your own.

Ordered Sealey Proline cabinet /drawers, having spoken with Mark at TCD first. He was very helpful and offered to connect Sealey to clarify delivery date etc. They actually arrived the following day - excellent service by all. Importantly, I’m very happy with the quality of everything delivered and assembly was simple and intuitive. I will definitely use TCD and buy Sealey products again!
Non-existent customer service. I placed an order on 27/9 for a compressor that was supposed to be in stock. It hadn’t been shipped by 14/10 despite already telling me that it had been. I cancelled the order and still waiting for a refund. TCD were the cheapest but that means nothing if they don’t supply what was purchased and slow to refund the money.
I recently purchased a Log Splitter Stand from TCD and I have to say that I am very disappointed with the product. The illustration of the stand is misleading as it gives the impression that the stand has its OWN WHEELS. There is no mention that you have to transfer the wheels from the Log Splitter to the stand. The Stand is Flimsy in construction. My issue is with the SINGLE SUPPORT LEG. I had to modify it with two additional angular struts running from the single leg to ground level welded to a much larger Base Plate. Without these modifications the unit was inherently unstable and downright dangerous. THIS MATTER HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH TCD REFUNDING THE PURCHASE PRICE IN FULL
Placed order on a Sunday afternoon on the website which advertises 3to5 day’s delivery chased the order on Friday morning was told that was picked up Thursday & will be delivered Monday so thats 8 days was told by the customer service nothing they could do even asked if they could upgrade it to a Saturday morning delivery was told No. All I’d say is if you want your order on time & fair customer service stay away from Trade Counter Direct. Have now purchased this stuff on a Friday afternoon from ITS tools for Saturday deliveries & they have already confirmed delivery tomorrow.

Telephoned and emailed company but didn’t get a response. Package arrived finally and when opened the item was open only one part of order was accounted for. Extremely disappointing.
Everything about the service was first class! Among the absolute best of online traders we've dealt with. The website was really great to navigate, online ordering was very easy, and delivery was very speedy. There was slight transport damage and it was resolved within an hour of contacting them - the most efficient customer service we've ever experienced which was very much appreciated. Transport damage is always a risk and it's the way the company manages it is what's really important and these guys have it nailed. If I could give less then one I absolutely would. Brought an air compressor for over £200 lasted less then a week and wouldn’t give you a refund, but expect you to work with out the product while they chose to send it back. Useless and a terrible company.
The price from Tradecounterdirect was very competitive and the product, a Hyundai Trencher, arrived promptly. It is a very substantial piece of equipment and works very well. It actually started on first pull!

I purchased a power washer last year and last week it stopped working. I reported it to Trade Counter Direct and they very quickly identified that a replacement was needed.
