Placed an order for a radiator on 5th April. Have phoned on numerous occasions and fobbed off with some lame excuse each time. Still no sign of the radiator, I called again last week and requested a refund - not surprisingly, i’m still waiting on that too! They are obviously selling goods that they don’t have and sitting on customers money.
Items were delivered in good time, competitive price, additional items that are used together were also recommended with different options which made the purchase much easier and I was called prior to delivery, easy to order and was delivered without issue.
I wasn’t sure which radiator to order where James so kindly advised me and ensured that it was the best fit for myself and my home!! Couldn’t recommend more

I needed to order a radiator for my tenant- I initially didn’t receive confirmation of my order. I phoned and spoke to James who was more than helpful, he kept me updated at any point of call. Would definitely order again with trade plumbing because James made my experience so smooth sailing!!!

True to his word , James took personal control of the situation and kept me fully informed of the collection. Absolutely perfect resolution to the situation and very much appreciated, restored my faith in them. So they do know how to do it, just needed reminding!!

I am giving this product 5 stars based on my plumbers enthusiasm for it and he has wide knowledge of fitting immersion tanks. it looks very robust and well built but isn't actually installed yet so I can't comment on how economical it is to run.
Good, honest company to deal with, spoke with customer services on two occasions as my delivery was delayed but understand that there are issues in the industry not something the resellers can avoid but goods are quality and was a great price
The wrong part was sent out to me and the client is now deducting money from me for not completing his work on time as promised.
Great product, great price, but unfortunately when I came to return a product their customer service is non existent. They’ve never replied to phone calls, told me it’s being dealt with but no calls back to confirm. After several emails regarding the matter I finally got a reply after a month which is still inconclusive. I’m sure it will finally get dealt with but really frustrating their lack of correspondence,All I want is the item collected so I can get my money back. I’ve even offered to return the item myself!!! We all have problems, it’s how we deal with them that matters. KEEP YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMED!!! Its really not hard, then you wouldn’t get reviews like this.
Granted I ordered the wrong cylinder, a return was accepted, and I paid for that mistake in the return cost which I accepted. however, I had to chase for 3 weeks for a pickup date, and then I waited another 2 months for a refund. Multiple chaser emails not responded to, and 5 phone calls later at 7p/min the refund came in. Replacement boiler did arrive on time, but it had multiple dents in it. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle in the end raising it as an issue even though I know I should have and I have pictures to prove. Whole return process end to end was 3 months, unacceptable and could have easily been avoided I've seen others with similar poor comms or untimely refunds. As a trade purchase, felt very disappointed and would probably take my business elsewhere in future.
Ordering the tank was fine. I did this on a Saturday and I hoped I would have it by the following Saturday which wasn't the case. I suspect the problem is with the courier and when it was eventually delivered I wasn't informed. Friends pointed out that a big box had appeared. I didn't think this was great.

Poor communication and delivery days were wrong, leaving us with no heating due to not delivering a radiator or radiator feet on time, after being told specific dates. The radiator feet have still not been delivered. I emailed about the delivery date and have still not yet received a reply. Poor service. UPDATE- Since trade plumbing have replied with a lightly apology I have still to receive the radiator feet I have order on the 26th February . I’ve rang everyday day and have been lied to regarding the delivery day and date., I’ve spoke to the same customer service person who has said he will email me the tracking for delivery. Yet again this is a lie, I haven’t received an email and this is holding back building work and leaving us with no heating. What an about joke this company is. I will never order from this company again.
