Really happy with the dog guard and divider we bought for our Kia Optima estate. Was straightforward to install and feels very well made. Our dog seems happy with her new space. Very grateful to Angelina for the fantastic customer service. She arranged for the dog guard we needed to be imported from Germany and kept us informed all the time.
I bought a dog guard for my A-class. The website navigated me to the right guard easily, but when I tried to fit it, I couldn’t get the seats to lock in place. I contacted support and they were very swift with their response which was helpful and assisted me with the correct method. Which was a little more pressure. It’s now in place, secured and makes travel with my dog a pleasure! Thank you to Travall and Angelina who helped me with my problem! 5 stars!
I've used Travall guards in an old car, and there is a small one in my husband's car. So when I recently bought a "new-to-me" car I wanted to order the same solution. Unfortunately my 'new' car is on the old side, and the guards that should fit have been phased out. Luckily Angelina came to my rescue, and found the very last one lurking in a warehouse in Germany! I now have a happy dog with his own dedicated safe space. It doesn't detract from the view out the back window and fits solidly without any rattles. Perfect!
We have used Travall for many years as all their products are high quality and fit well, with instructions which are clear. Also if there is a problem they are extremely quick to to sort it out. Recently, Sibylle from Travall customer services help sort out a dog guard issue and within 2 days the replacement arrived and I re-packed the faulty one and it was picked up the next day, no hassle at all. Thoroughly recommend this company.
Ordered a travel pack and dog guard from Travall last month for my Audi Q7. (£278) Have just found the time and tried to fit everything today and nothing fits. The rubber boot liner matt is not quite the right shape which is frustrating as will have to trim it to fit. The tail gate bumper protector is thick plastic and also doesn’t fit nicely (Unfortunately this now has puppy teeth marks in it so can’t be returned) And as for the dog guard, whats the point of having a dog guard that leaves a huge gap between it and the seats, and also takes up half the boot space. The fitting instructions on the video were for a VW Toureg with completely different brackets and fit. Also the brackets are vacuum sealed in a pack, which states once the seal is broken you can’t return the product. We had to take the brackets out of the pack to try and fit the dog guard - only to find they are totally useless. Fortunately, my husband has now cut and welded the brackets, so they fit the car and are safer for the dogs. I’ve given two stars, as I have bought dog guards from Travall for an Audi A3 and a BMW 525 in the past that have fitted well. Edit - WOW! I’ve downgraded to one star following the tone of an email received from the company customer services that basically said I didn’t ask for help so I was unfair to write a review. And as the dog guard has been altered (so it actually fits safely in the car!) the warranty has been voided. Well that’s fine, at least I now have something fit for purpose that’s not likely to trap my dogs head. These products are not cheap. I wasted my day off trying to fit a rubber matt - that did not fit the boot space. Tried to fit the tail gate bumper protector - that did not fit nicely on the bumper. Then tried to fit the dog guard - which did not fit and took up half the boot space and was unsafe. I was instructed to watch the fitting instructions that were a different car and different fittings, even though the correct details for my car were on the order confirmation. I was just a little annoyed

Lost a small part during a vehicle change. Contacted Customer Services, identified the missing part and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Excellent service in this day and age when everybody seems to want to make you pay for everything.
Ive used Travall product before and they are excellent quality. What is even better though is their customer service. I recently ordered again from them for a car I was expecting, when the purchase fell through Angelina provided first class assistance helping me with the return and refund. I will be back!
Excellent product. Great service, ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. Fits the car brilliantly and hardly any cursing while putting it together 😊 Has made our boot feel more roomy and no rattling noises when we are driving along and Teaghan our GSD loves her new space and I feel she is safe

I am a professional dog walker in the U.S. and purchased the Travall Guard as a barrier to keep dogs moving & jumping around in the car while on our way to the dog park. I had it in my car for 6 years until recently when my car was totaled in a car accident. It is a sturdy guard very well made. It just sets perfectly in place with no other special attachments and it never rattled or came off. They do not make any type of product like this in the states that can be compared to Travall. I just purchased another one for my new (used) car. Great company with great customer service. I should also mention that even though my car was a destroyed by a speeding driver that hit me, The Travall was unscathed but I was unable to retrieve it from the vehicle after the accident.
Bought the dog guard and divider, they are such brilliant quality, delivered the next day and great customer service team. I called, they answered immediately as I had an issue with registering my make of car, but it was the link that was faulty. Thanks guys! *Adding an amendment...have a mitsubishi outlander...it should take 15 minutes to install the guard and few more for divider. OMG! I was stuck in the boot in -1 degrees for nearly 3 hours! That sounds mad, but the over photocopied, almost black instructions had wrong parts on and I just couldn't get it to fit, changed ALL but 2 fittings and even swapped it around 5 times ..kept looking at the YouTube fitting for another car... simple!? One VERY important piece of information for the mitsubishi phev...you need to recline the rear seats at 3 clicks! Seems simple I know, but freezing cold with unclear instructions and thinking the Phev was built differently to the petrol version, had talked myself into thinking I had wrong model. Finally found a random photo online and saw how reclined the seats were! The divider..hmmmm this must be a 2 minute job...oh no! The black wheel bolts had got mixed up in the box and I had to undo the guard to find the correct one for the divider 🤣. It looked the same as the info sheet was so dark. The parts I attached inside the house, were wrong as the photo was incorrect! 30 minutes to fit that bloomin divider, pitch black, couldn't take the dogs to the woods... Extremely frustrating. Also for £300.00 I think they can give you an original, printed info sheet with correct photos and a message to inform you, that the seats are very reclined for this type of guard...my poms just kept jumping through the gap🤣 The securing hooks were horrible to attach as no instructions...also what does the giant EYE mean on a few sides ???? Have taken a star off for the terrible instructions!!
Excellent product and brilliant customer service. I have had my dog guard for a Discovery 4 for about 6 years now and it has been a brilliant purchase. I have twice lost one of the small parts and each time Travall have sent out a replacement for no charge and it arrives the day after requesting. Can not recommend this company highly enough for quality of product and customer service.
After getting a late notice of travels the week before Christmas and having to take both our dogs, I didn’t hold much hope of getting dog guards for the car …..I really needn’t have worried ! I phoned Travall and spoke to Angelina. I explained the situation and she was absolutely fantastic ! She advised exactly which parts I needed and asked me to follow my purchase up with an email and she would do her best to get it out for delivery that day… that was Monday 18/12/23….the dog guards were delivered the following day !! Brilliant service at probably one of the busiest delivery times of the year. The icing on the cake was the dog guards themselves, these are second to none quality-wise and a perfect fit for my 2022 VW id4, they genuinely are excellent, thank you. I’m usually not one for writing reviews but honestly cannot recommend this company and their products highly enough, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
I need to retract my review as since writing it I have had a call from Dean from Travall who proved that they had indeed sent me two emails which I must have missed and that they would help in anyway to resolve my problems. Thankyou to Travall I take back everything I said a very professional and efficient customer service and it was my fault for not being savvy with emails etc
Fantastic customer service, I managed to loose a part of my dog guard at a garden centre (I had to remove the guard to get a new BBQ into the boot) got back home to find the part was missing. I dropped a quick email to Sarah and she dispatched a replacement the on the same day.
