Nice piece of luggage but velcro strip on handle came away very soon after 1st use.
They are a great case Already have a red one but the wheel came off ….Can’t seem to order on line a black one…..is there a phone number I can ring !

Avoid!! Purchased a suitcase 5 years ago with a 10 year guarantee. Suitcase wheel area cracked whilst wheeling along, through absolutely no fault of mine, however customer service have completely ignored the facts & instead insisted it was due to misuse. Simply untrue and a complete dereliction of their duty under the T&Cs. Everyone should avoid this company. Shocking.
Great setvice
I ordered two large Cabin Cases with two smaller Cabin Cases from TLCB, one the acceptable size o fit in the overhead luggage compartment and the other the correct size for 'hand luggage'. But when they arrived I only had the larger bags and no smaller hand luggage bags. Having called the telephone number on the we-site, it was answered immediately by Gabby, who promised to investigate and call me back. Within 15 minutes Jay called me back to explain there were three offers on their were 3 great offers on their website with discount and addition baggage, depending on what bundle I chose. The error was mine, so look out for that. But Jay offered me a 'free' cabin bag as a gesture of goodwill for the mix up. What excellent and efficient customer service. Apologetic and polite all the way through dealings. Would highly recommend this company. Well done guys, a helpful service and resolution offer you unfortunately do not get often on-line. Steve G.

Very pleased to buy this Ryanair ‘approved’ under the seat cabin bag. It’s amazingly roomy and at a good price. And I managed to get it in a colour other than black or navy. Great.
Very poor. The 5 Cities easyJet Large Cabin Bag Trolley (56x45x25cm) is very flimsy and no matter how it is packed, it will not stand up. Had a weekend away and was forever apologising to people while on the tube etc. As the bag kept falling on them. Very inexpensive but not practical.
I find this cabin suitcase totally useless. The handle is very flimsy and the case itself will not stand up when packed, whether this be with a little or when fully packed. I found to more of a hazard than a help
