We received a 5 āļø service from Travis Perkins wattstown branch. The manger Mr bowen promptly took my order in a very professional manner, having great knowledge of the materials I required. The delivery driver Paul was very kind and courteous on delivery, skilfully unloading the hiab truck on to my front garden to minimise me carrying the materials up the steps. I would definitely recommend.
I'm terrible with names but there are three people in particular working at Travis in Uttoxeter that I can't rate enough. I was attempting to build some shelves for a bedroom and a pantry and they were all extremely friendly to this amateur carpenter makeing everything incredibly easy. We used Travis Perkins (Lee Branch) to deliver some goods to our local school. Their service and communication were exceptional and we are very happy with the goods. Highly recommend, thanks a lot, special call out to Rob.
Just good service
Called TP local branch on Wednesday to enquire about delivery but they could see it on the system. They suggested I call the customer service line but couldn't be bothered to find the number so had to search myself. Number wasn't easy to find on their website I I found it and called it. They found the order and said thetd call the store at 8am on Thursday to advise them to plan it for Friday. Called customer services on Friday to ask what time the delivery was sat around waiting for it. They said it wasn't book in until next Friday but they would call the store to get it delivered that day and I'd get a call within an hour. A TP hour must be longer than a standard hour as it's been 21 hours now without a call back.
Today, we received a micro digger delivery on site and I would like to commend Roshan (Minworth/Solihull Branch) for his exceptional assistance. He displayed a high level of professionalism and the service he provided was faultless. Roshan portrayed himself as a respectable individual and I hope this review serves as a testament to his capabilities for future endeavors. Many Thanks From DJ Carpentry & Joinery
Whilst my ballast was split on some of the bags I had excellent customer service from the manager Darrian. But what made our delivery very special was the Driver Daniel. He was so polite and helpful which is rare these days. If only all companies had a Daniel the world would be a better place
Time to give praise once again to great service received from Travis Perkins Heywood, Phil in particular, delivering pallets of Postcrete to my store. As myself, had a busy schedule, but still has the time to assist me pull pallets of Postcrete into my store with my pump truck. Truly great customer service.
I would like to call out a specific member of staff who went above and beyond today. Ketzel from your Leighton Buzzard branch was our delivery driver today. Due to changes in delivery date it was just myself home and we didnāt have the support of my partner to help move the wood we had ordered to the back. Ketzel moved a large order of wood, even in the heavy rain, to a safe area at the back of the house. He was professional, polite and provided the support with no hesitation. Thank you Ketzel.
Always helpful nothing is to much trouble from the counter to the yard and even delivery drivers are more than happy to assist in making things as easy as possible cant fault the place. Stirtchley Branch Birmingham also on occasions Bournville Branch I have always receiced excellent service.

Shout out to Shaun from the Stratford TP branch: despite the order being a curb side delivery, he helped me get the products to where they needed to be. It would have been awkward and very difficult for me to do this alone. Really appreciated his courteous manner and care. Thanks to Chloe and Sarah for organising the delivery too. This branch has a great team. I will not hesitate to use TP again.
Deserves 6 stars. Iām not easily impressed but TP had almost keenest price on the internet and delivered my ev charger within three hours (3!) of order. Makes Amazon look like plodders. Great job
Travis Perkins, Harvey Reeves Road, Northampton is the best TP I have dealt with. The whole team are willing to help. Tyler, Stacey, Charles and James are outstanding considering the pressure they are under. Their product knowledge is great and they are always able to find stock at a branch near the job we are completing to make collecting materials so easy. Do Not Use , our company turns over 1 millions plus a year , was given a Ā£20k credit limit , spent around 4k within a week then get a call accounts put on stop , offer to send proof of other accounts we hold with 100k plus limits , then they close the account Stock levels are terrible Do not use
Had some sleepers delivered today, delivery driver was great and on time. After i moved the sleepers off the drive and into the back garden the condition of some was totally below standerd, one smashed and one split....This was hidden on bottom side when dilivered to me...Not happy with TP and if i had noticed i would have told the driver to take the damaged back!!!! Update 9th April....Amy has contaced me & my local TP straight away after seeing my review to help on this issue, Thank you Amy. Update 10th April....Ok well after Amy contacted my local TP the replacement damaged item came today. No problems and tbf i can not moan now...Review has been amended for this service...All sorted Thank You!!!!
