C est clairement des malhonnêtes. Ça fait 2 mois qu'il me balade avec le service client robotisé de m....e. Jamais de réponse clair et impossible de ce faire rembourser. Fuyez ! N'achetez rien à ce groupe!
DPD kwam 2x aan de deur. 2x kaartje gekregen dat ze waren geweest, maar ik had een pakket punt opgegeven, omdat wij op het werk waren en niet thuis zouden zijn. Kreeg ik bericht dat mijn pakket op het pakket punt lag, maar nu had ik geen qrcode of pincode gekregen om de locker te openen. Heb ik contact gezocht, met de klantenservice ( 7 wachtende voor mij) moet ik 24 tot 48 uur wachten, volgens de klantenservice. Maar dat had ik al gedaan, omdat ik was vergeten het pakket op te halen. Nu gaat hij het doorsturen. Word vervolgd
I bought a backpack. The price was cheaper than the backpack in the shops. After I bought it they let me know (by mail) where the box was and when it will arrive. It came without any problem. The backpack is exactly what I want, I am so happy with it.

Appalling company. I ordered walking poles and when I opened the box discovered a basket was missing. When I contacted them I was given the run around. I was told I had to take photos. The system makes you submit 6 photos and then won’t upload them. I have repeatedly explained what the issue is and can they send me a replacement basket however they ignore my replies and send unhelpful answers asking the same questions. I have tried asking to escalate the problem but that too is ignored. Thus has now been going on for three weeks.
Verfolgung der Sendung war nicht immer möglich. Es könnte natürlich auch am Hermes und co. liegen. Sonst ging der Versand recht schnell. Ich werde wahrscheinlich wieder hier bestellen, da die Preise sehr ansprechend sind.
