I recently made my first purchase from Trinny and unfortunately received the wrong items. After sending an email explaining the situation a very nice member of staff apologised and arranged to resend my order which has just been delivered. Very good customer service and lovely packaging. I am looking forward to using my new product.
I’ve been really happy with every aspect of this company. Online chat excellent with prompt replies. Also had an online Zoom appointment which was excellent. Great company & great products. Excellent customer service. I’m a big fan! 😀
Fantastic customer service. I had a problem with one of my brushes so I reached out to Trinny customer service. I got a quick reply and Lauren was super efficient and helpful. She offered to send me a new one and it’s on its way. Very impressed. Thank you TL and thank you Lauren.

I've enjoyed Trinny London cosmetics in the past and I really rate the skincare range but I wouldn't repurchase some of them as things stand and here is why: The SPF 50 (which is lovely), comes in similar packaging to the BFF with the silver top which cracks/splits readily and I'm left with a product that is difficult to transport. This should not be happening with any skincare products, much less moderately pricely products. Could we have a rethink on those fragile silver tops?

My friend and I booked the Bring a Friend makeup lesson in the Bullring Birmingham . Our stylist was Megan - we were made to feel very welcome and put at ease. All questions were answered whether big or small. Nothing was too much trouble. The products were matched to our skin , eye and hair colouring. All products were of a high quality and I felt that the makeup I was wearing was just right for me. We had a very enjoyable afternoon! Thank you Megan!
I placed an order more than 1 week ago (23/04), I bought a few products and spend well over 100 Euro. It was dispatched, but then the tracking updated the following day to say we can no longer deliver your order??! I have been chasing this for a week now, and despite 3 emails and a live chat with someone, nobody has told me where my order is, what has happened to it or when/if I can expect to receive it. This is really disappointing and very poor customer service. At the very least emails should be replied to within 24 hours, especially when I have tried so many times to get an answer. I have asked for a refund now ...they quickly take your money for an order, but when something goes wrong they are not so quick to help you.
I ordered for the first time from Trinny London. The product I received wasn't what I'd ordered... Lauren replied very quickly to my email SOS, sent my correct order express delivery and said I could keep the original product. I gave 4 stars to acknowledge the original mix-up, but it's a 10/10 for Lauren's customer service afterwards. Plus I'm loving the sheer shimmer products. I'll be back for sure.

What kind of sourcery is this makeup !? Purchased the BBF spf 30 cream. Having purchased many tinted products over the year wasn’t really expecting too much. It’s amazing. It doesn’t cover everything but then wasn’t expecting it to. But my skin looks better. With a bit of concealer (back on the website to purchase) it will be perfect on holiday. And then the samples. I get frustrated with samples as they are usually random. So tried what they sent. That’s where the trickery is. Applied in moments and oh my goodness. Amazing. The colours are beautiful and look like me but better. Back to the website to purchase. I have literally gotten rid of the ridiculous amounts of products I own as these will be all I need from now on. So easy to pack for my holiday as well. Even popping in my handbag for going out. Formulations are also so Beautiful. I’ve been looking at these products for over a year and ended up buying others which were not cheap by any means. I’m not one to write reviews unless I’m really sure. This brand is so so good. The match to me is also spot on despite me thinking it was completely off 😅 needless to say I’ll be trying the skincare one I’ve used the rest of my products.
Excellent one to one make up session with Megan in the Birmingham Bullring concession. Very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips. Really pleased with the colour choices and each product clearly explained. Finished look was fabulous. Only thing I would say is I couldn’t find where where you were located as not on store plan. Might be good to include location in appointment confirmation email maybe. Other than that all great.
Visited the counter at Fenwick Kingston last Saturday. What a great team. The staff were quick to help. Very friendly and attentive to get the right products. They took time to help me purchase what suited me and advice on how to use etc. I went back for some more items today and again very helpful. Great service.
Recently visited your concession in Newcastle. The service I received was excellent. The colleague had a great deal of knowledge regarding the products and there was no hard sell . They gave my disabled husband a seat whilst I shopped for which he was grateful. Well done, will definitely return .

Mitra first and Lauren later, have been very helpful and extremely kind. Great products and I really feel very confident every time I wear Trinny's make-up. Thank you so much. You are a great team.
I am really happy with the service that I received from Beth. She had access to all of the records and was able to liaise with the transportation company and get my package routed to me. I have moved to a new country and it was refreshing to get the help I needed with all of the challenges. The last thing I needed was to run out of my favorite Trinny London products! Thanks!
I tried Trinny London for the first time and the products were beautiful however, I prefer more coverage so returned them. I could not fault the customer service. Quick response and really helpful. Won’t hesitate to order again in future.
I have contacted Trinny London customer service on a few occasions now. I have always received excellent service and felt that they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome and never out of pocket, even if my problem had not been able to be resolved (but usually it was).
I’m really happy with the customer service I received from Lauren . I do love the BFF serum, and a little goes a very long way 😊 However , my initial purchase I felt was too dark , so second purchase I went for another shade and found this too light ! I had requested an exchange , Lauren replied very swiftly and very kindly as a gesture of good will , suggested keeping my original which will definitely come in handy I’m sure in the more winter months , and Also suggested the right match for me and sent it express post so I got it the very next day . This was above and beyond what I had expected and it was very much appreciated !! Thanks again Lauren 😊
