Unfortunately my 10kg case arrived with a broken handle but Nikita in Customer Service responded immediately and gave me a number of options. A replacement was issued speedily without any issues and I was very impressed by the customer service Tripp offered. Thank you
For many years, I have been a loyal customer of Tripp because their luggage is of excellent quality and offered at unbeatable prices. Recently, a family member took one of my suitcases, prompting me to order a replacement. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery and requested that DPD redeliver the item to my local post office. Despite DPD returning the luggage on two separate occasions, I was relieved that customer advisor Liane efficiently resolved the issue and ensured that my item was eventually sent to me. I am grateful to Liane for her continued support.
Bought a Tripp suitcase on Amazon 2 year ago and this year zips all seized contacted tripp and without any fuss sending a new one out free of charge under their 5 year warranty would revomend their suit cases as warranty was fulfilled without any fuss.Liane who delt with the case was excellent all the way through.

Has been a customer since last 5 years. I loved supreme lock alot. Recently purchased another one but somehow the lock stopped working. However the customer service has been on top of the issue and has sorted out with a replacement which was very appreciated.
Visited the Tripp store at Cheshire oaks , at the till I asked the person serving how to work the lock on the case as my son was with me and he was the one going away, The stroppy reply? " Do I really need to tell you?!" Was both unnecessary and uncalled for! As it happens the instructions were on the attached ticket but as I didn't know that at the time - a polite explanation of that would have been useful instead of feeling the need to making us feel belittled in front of a shop full of customers! I emailed group at Cheshire oaks who have on more than one occasion tried to get Tripp to make contact with me but this has not happened, it's no wonder then that the staff think it's ok to belittle customers in this way when the managers don't seem to care either! I would advise anyone to avoid this store and spend your hard earned cash at a store where you're appreciated!
I had a small issue with a new Tripp suitcase and Rachael dealt with so quickly and efficiently I would absolutely buy from Tripp again.
I would definitely recommend the products. Liane was also very helpful and answered all my questions.
We have always had only Samsonite suitcases and one from Rimowa. Last year, I took it upon myself to 'mix it up' by buying a large suitcase from Tripp. The last Samsonite we had lasted as long as any suitcase could and the Rimowa is too nice to use for less important travel. The Tripp Large Suitcase in Gunmetal looked the part and felt very sturdy, but after a short time the squealing began. Other passengers would look at us and down on us as our Tripp suitcase blared loudly in it's incessant squeal while rolling. Some people even laughed. I expected a headache and a fight with Tripp for them to put things right, but Rachael White blew me away with her lovely disposition, utmost level of care and sending us a new Tripp suitcase as a replacement on 2 day delivery. It has not arrived yet though I wanted to head to Trust Pilot today in order to give Rachael a more than deserved shoutout. *****
Over the years, I have had several Tripp suitcases in various sizes and never experienced any problems. Unfortunately my current one developed a problem with the wheels. Contacted Tripp and received a very speedy reply. Communication has been excellent with a positive outcome. The customer services representative, Rachael White dealt very efficiently and promptly to my enquiry. I would highly recommend this company
The only reason I haven’t given zero stars is because I can’t. I sent an email about a case I bought WEEKS ago. Bought it went away only to find the wheel are misaligned. Have I received a response? NO They’re telephone lines constantly ring out and eventually you get cut off even though you’re conveniently “next in line” My trip advisor review is a zero on this occasion mainly based on customer service.
It’s the first purchase I made direct through Tripp. Unfortunately there was a problem with the zip on the cases. I contacted Tripp and a customer service rep called Sasha replied. Sasha was very professional, efficient and polite during the contact and offered replacements without hesitation. It is so refreshing not having to battle with a company. I would definitely recommend Tripp based on the excellent customer service I received from Sasha.
I think fundamentally Tripp produce good, and affordable suitcases. However I bought a deal of 3 soft shell suitcases and the large was faulty. In fairness, Nikita who dealt with my query about my warrantee / guarantee, was excellent, sympathetic and helpful. But in writing to now receive my suitcase, I see they are not available, so I had a refund. So, the case was faulty and I received a refund, it's fine but not the outcome I hoped for.
I have a selection of different sizes of Tripp cases. This is the first problem I have experienced. The case was under warranty and the Tripp team member was very professional in managing this issue. Very good communications skills and customer care. The issue has been addressed and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you
I bought 4 sets of tripp luggage this year..so few months ago only 1 set online and 3 from boundary mill outlet As a family we went on holiday 31st March First time using the suitcases and guess what the net side inside ripped straightaway I contacted tripp and they said its not a manufacturing fault It is definitely possible quality making and badly designed or else it would have been strong and sturdy to hold 23kg as said in description When we buy they said it comes with so many years of guarantee but when you contact them they out there hands up The suitcases cost me more than £400 so now I'm stuck with them and iv only used them once I wouldn't recommend them to anyone's
I ordered a medium Mint Retro II suitcase, and received the wrong colour. I have been trying to get in contact for DAYS with Tripp customer service leaving emails and my phone number with the customer service team and still have heard noting. I’m not impressed at this time
I ordered two suitcases. The delivery was very quick. The suitcase were beautiful, however the smaller one had a fault on the handle. I sent an email and Liane got back to me immediately. I was asked to send a pic or a video showing the fault which I did. She assured me that, they would send me a replacement. Three days later a new suitcase is delivered to my door. This one is working perfectly fine. I recommend Tripp suitcases. The quality is very good and the service is even better. Thanks a lot Liane for the excellent service.
Contacted Tripp to try and buy replacement wheels for our Absolute 11 suitcase but Tripp cannot identify the wheels on that type of suitcase or where I could purchase them from. As requested the Enquiry Number is ENQ319162
