Instructions were not very clear
I was asked to replace an old wooden suspended porch by a family friend due to its instability, After removal and any remedial works required our friend viewed the UK canopies website and chose an Althorpe canopy with grey tiles. The canopy was ordered directly off the website and delivery was made by dpd. Order was checked . The instructions are very detailed but easy to understand . The hardest part was getting the wall plate In position and level. It does help to have a second pair of hands even if to fetch and carry and help by making any sections that need fabricating. The installation was completed in about 4 hours, it would've been quicker if the site was on the level and not up an alley. OK and the tea and biscuits 😋. Our friend is over the moon with her new canopy, if I had one minor gripe with the kit is that the rawlplugs are not the best , I replaced them with m8x 60 Fisher wallfixings . The canopy has now been subjected to some strong winds today and has impressed me more. If I get asked to install another I will without hesitation.
Average canopy holes didn't line up very well. Cheapest I could find. Well you know the old saying
The consignment arrived promptly which was excellent. I had booked my handyman to put up the canopy which turned out to be just this last Saturday. The box was placed under a table out of the way whilst waiting to be put up. We opened it on Saturday and my handyman placed all the larger parts on the outside wall - then we found the broken parts at the bottom of the box.. it turned out that nothing lined up and the broken bits were fairly essential. I have photos of both these and the finished item which is up but due to these broken items is not really as it should be. I am disappointed to say the least and surprised too that the viewable screwheads did not have some sort of cover over them to hide them a little. I can see with the naked eye that it is ok but not really lined up, (ie the pre-drilled holes don't quite work) which proved to be the case when carefully laid out and erected. I will be writing directly to the company with accompanying photos of the broken parts.
Nice appearance. Made the job. But only have some comments regarding materials. It is all plastic even the tiles. But suitable for its price.

The product was a good price, easy to install and looks nice on the house managed to get it all installed by myself in a day. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cannopie.
I love the canopy, but it was very difficult to assembly I had to get a builder to put it up for me but then there were some 13 bolts missing M6 by 20mm bolts had to source from a hardware store 1 weeks into it and still not fished
I asked this company a product specific question 3 times in order to know if I need to return the product and they refuse to answer
good selection of canopies on web site picked one liked look of .quick delivery a couple of days from order .this one is to replace one that has got damaged in the recent storms .looks good quality parts still in the box yet as due to adverse weather conditions haven't been able to put it up yet
it is a sturdy canopy and looks good put up by two of us in 3hrs. worth the money delivered on time
Great product easy to order arrived quick took a good few hours to assemble but was worth it highly recommend this altorp canopy
2 screws missing. Not getting a reply from your side when I am asking for a return.
Easy to order, quick and efficient delivery. Product is nice and looks strong enough. However, it could be better made. It When assembling and installing, some of the screw-holes were in the wrong place, making it impossible to use a screw driver. Also, the middle section doesn't quite meet - although there may be a reason for this. I noticed the photo on your website shows a slight gap in the same place. A little disappointed as this wasn't cheap.

I’ve had no reply from them when I requested them to put a date on my invoice for vat reasons so I’m not happy
